High prices—you pay for convenience. They sell mostly junk food at 7-Elevens. No gas at this location. Seems kinda odd that there's not a more upscale store here, being that this is a ritzy area in the foothills. But hey, if you gotta make a quick stop, do your thing. They also deliver thru DoorDash.
