“I'm an enterprise software developer who has installed and repaired my own PC and network equipment since this technology been around. Years ago it used to be a lot of fun. But not anymore.However, I still know what good IT work is, and have heard nothing but good things from my non-technie friends about Mezzabytes, a small, owner operated business here in Saddlebrooke. So yesterday when I thought my power supply was failing 3 weeks after redeploying a work PC for home use, I called them and asked, if I brought it in, could they diagnose right away? Long story short, they were fast, through, and very reasonable. And, it turned out all it was a loose connection. But they didn't repair parts needlessly to make money. Instead they told me the truth and answered my questions.A nice store in a very convenient location to boot. Though they also make house calls.”

“I was thrilled with the repairs at this place! The power switch on my laptop broke, and they needed to open it up to see the issue. That was a $50 service charge. They called me a few days later and said that they fixed it for that price! Then, the guy said that my machine was slow to boot, and they could figure out why. The next day they called to tell me that the hard drive was failing, and they could replace it and "clone" the data to the new drive for about $200. When I got my laptop back after just a week, it's lightning-fast and like brand-new, and all data was on the new drive. I'll definitely return to SWS.”

“Little bit of a wait even with an appointment. . Went to have my Apple iPods Pro checked because they weren't charging properly. Our representative AJ was very good at explaining what was going on with them. However, they are not quite two years old and failing already. Since I was out of warranty, I could have replaced each earbud for $89 apiece, which would come out to practically getting a new set. So I think I will wait until they both die. You would think that an Apple product would last more than two years.”

“The experience we had a couple of days ago was great! However, on New Years Day, our over range microwave died. We looked up microwaves online and found that Best Buy had one that was $50 less than Lowes. The experience in the store was outstanding and the employee was really knowledgeable. We set up installation for January 7th and we were told the installers would be here between 1:30-5:30pm. At 3:00pm, we were called and told that the installers had called in sick that morning and we needed to reschedule for January 9th and again between 1:30-5:30pm. When the installers hadn't called or arrived by 5:30pm, I called. They told me the installer Luis was on his way. At 6:05pm, they called and told us he was in an accident. They told us to call on Thursday to get on the following weeks calendar. When we called, we were told that the microwave was never in stock, no one called in sick and no one was in an accident. The appointment was rescheduled for Monday January 15th in the morning. I couldn't believe we had to jump through all these hoops to save $50. Definitely not worth it!”
