“I had to go here to return a modem because they sent me an upgrade. I actually had to go twice because the first time I went, there was nowhere to park. The store itself has limited parking, and everything around them was full, so, I drove home. I went back a few days later and it was busy again, but I lucked out and found a spot. I signed in and took a seat, ready for a long wait due to the number of people in store. Surprisingly, I was back out to my car within about 10 minutes. Mission accomplished. Four stars for picking such a horrible location for a place that they should have known would always be busy.”

“I was really having day with people giving me bad customer service. But let me tell you this when I walk in to this Boost Mobil store, I felt the customer service coming in the door. Nayeli was sweet and warm. She was trying her best to make my day, and she did. When I say Nayeli did her job, she did so much more. I wanted to give her a big bear hug. She gave me some water and some tissue it was not a good time, people can be so mean and nasty for what reason. Nayeli took the time out her day to walk me through everything step by step. What ever that I did not know she explain it to me till I understood it, that was so big for me, I was blown away with that.
