“The guy in the office is awesome. Ill put his name in post when i remember it. Im really bad with names.I forgot my gate code and called the location who handles this property and he reset my code over the phone and spent at least 35 to 40 minutes doing it because computer wasn't taking the new code.. Finally with a little help he got it.. And by far best help since i started renting from uhaul..So im very happy and will let people i know the awesome customer service..I hope you can read this and let me know”

“The renting was easy in Washington the return in Tempe was a little more challenging. We returned around 915 930 and they were closed. The mechanic was nice enough to take the keys and accept the truck for me. I was grateful. We had no idea they were closed for service.”

“The girl in the previous review kept the Uhaul 5 days more than allowed, put 893 miles on the truck and dropped it in the middle of the night in the parking lot with key still in the truck!! She owes $1064, basically stole the truck till was told cops will be called, Was given 2 days grace on top of 3 days when equipment can be reported stolen if not returned or extended within 72 hours of due time. With all due respect, the location doesn’t condone mishandling of their equipment and honestly no business will put up with being ripped off by people who don’t know any better. If grievances persist, the location is happy to address them anytime.”

“I visit lots of Home Depot's throughout the valley during my course of work, and I will say that consistently, this location's employees seem to know where things are located without asking someone else. Lumber department has former contractors and the gray haired garden center guy with the pony-tail is always on his game! Thanks for the reliable service!”

“Michael the manager was so helpful. He went out of his way to find my lost car key after I had brought the truck back. Everybody at this location is really nice and they definitely know what they're talking about when it comes to moving and towing. Also if you can rent one of the smaller box fans there's a lot more room in those than one might imagine.”

Next the onsite residential manager comes out to walk her dog. She says whatever...no problem just leave the trailer we'll take care of it. Dang ol day manager got the attitude on me.
