“Legit place! After spending hours dealing with other locations closed even after I set up a reservation, I was feeling defeated and annoyed about the situation. I had to go well out of my way to get here and initially, was not happy about it. After arriving and explaining my situation the guy was very empathetic and helped us out with a few discounts and really made sure we left there happy. Thank you for doing what you did. You really redeemed Penske's name in my book.”
“Yeah bud, so I'm returning a trailer rental for an associate around 530 am when the manager drives up and threatens me she'll call the cops if I leave the trailer there. Next the onsite residential manager comes out to walk her dog. She says whatever...no problem just leave the trailer we'll take care of it. Dang ol day manager got the attitude on me. I was helping them. Schmuhaul.”
“The renting was easy in Washington the return in Tempe was a little more challenging. We returned around 915 930 and they were closed. The mechanic was nice enough to take the keys and accept the truck for me. I was grateful. We had no idea they were closed for service.”

“I just moved here from Texas and had the pleasure of dealing with Topher twice in the past couple of days. Once removing the car and trailer and this morning returning the truck. I was so exhausted from the move and long drive that took a lot longer because of several accidents, high winds, a horrible dust storm and heavy rain, a full on road closure due to an oversized truck damaging an overpass bridge that literally took the bridge out. I was wiped out when my daughter and I came into the U-Haul office Friday night to return the trailer and remove the car. Topher greeted us and made everything so easy for me and allowed me some extra time to return the truck since we weren’t able to get to Tempe Thursday as we had planned, although we were still in our window of allowed time. He was super nice and friendly and gave us excellent customer service. I was shocked reading negative reviews on him here. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated his awesome customer service. The next time I rent a U-Haul I will definitely come back here and I’ll be referring others to this location as well”

“My wife and I were in need of a storage really fast because our apartment had already rented our apartment out before we could get into our new condo in McCormick Ranch. Jasmine and Topher were amazing to make that happen. Made this whole transition, less stressful, big shout out to both of them. They are located off McClintock in Tempe ?”
“ANGEL IS 100% AMAZING! From the first time I came into this location, Angel was kind, knowledgeable, super helpful, and friendly. His customer service skills are well above the norm. He really makes you feel like your business is valued. My husband and I ended up shopping at only this location because of Angel. He helped us arrange equipment tow our cars, multiple U-boxes, and transport out of state. As well as all of the necessary supplies, including boxes, tape, wrapping plastic, tow-hitch, tow lock, insurance, and other necessary moving items. Angel made every possible effort to help us and make us feel secure about our multiple purchases. This guy is an amazing employee and should be rewarded for his hard work and effort. Uhaul, you have one heck of a terrific employee. Wish I had employees like this in my business, rare and hard to come by! Thank you Angel”
