Even during a four year gap in between purchase she responded back to me via email quicker than most other businesses I have ever dealt with. She walked me through the quote and answered all my questions with details and quick response. Her customer service ranks in the top percentile. She is the reason why I purchased my second AED from this company. I know she would take care of me and make sure things were right. If I ever owned my own business I only hope to have a professional and dedicated employee like her.”

“With 1.6 million people that live in just Phoenix and surrounding areas, along with 2.2 million people just on ACCCHS alone in the state of Arizona, I get why this place is completely backed up.
I also get the urgency for medical equipment for consumers and a lot of times lives may be at stake.
You can't satisfy everyone, and as unfortunate as it may seem, thats just the reality of it.
I have nothing negative to say about this company, as I'm just thankful that I'm getting the equipment that I need, however long that time-frame may be.
Thank you to all the medical equipment techs that work here which and all the workers in between, I'm sure you don't hear that enough but truly thank you. I hope this review finds it way to the workers and know that AT LEAST 1 person appreciates yall ?”
