“I needed an electric chair or scooter last minute on the weekend Nascar was in town. Pretty much everyone was out of scooters but I did find a few places that one. I only needed it for a food festival on Friday night but all the shops I called said I had to pay weekend rate since they were closed till Monday and wanted $179 for 3 day weekend. One place was $75 for 3 day and $100 weekly but the scooter had a weight limit of 250 which wasn't gonna work for me. When I got to this place on Google maps unfortunatly it was after buisness hours but there was option to leave message thru chat and surprisingly I heard back within the hour. I told her I needed large scooter and prefer Thur or Fri morning pick up expecting to have to pay 3 day weekend fee or weekly fee to pick up Thursday but Sharee said she was only charging me for 1 day rental and I could even pick it up on Thur without getting charged for an extra day. Only place I found that was open 3 hours on Saturdays for rental returns instead of forcing customers to pay for 3 day rentals when they only need it for a few hours. It was also the most affordable option at $56 which blew me away. I give 5 stars for customer service, price, availability and convenience. I was happy all around. Let's find out if I feel the same way after using the scooter for my food festival....lol”

“I called here today to get help with my parents scooter battery and he (Wasim) was so helpful to call the co to see what one I needed and then called me back to confirm. I took the battery down and he put it in for us and fixed the screws that were missing too. He was so nice and helpful and gave us a great price. I highly recommend this place. He was professional too!”

“I was a little hesitant to order the silicone inserts needed to replace mine for my implants. My hesitation was due to there not being too much information on the website about compatibility with my specific brand of implants. On top of that, my dentist was really digging in on withholding the info needed for me to check compatibility. Now that I've got it all sorted out though, I am a really happy customer and will definitely be ordering again! The order arrived quickly and had tracking info too!”

“I had the BEST visit with Denise. She was informative and she provided a detailed review of the equipment, cleaning, and use of the app, ordering supplies, and Dr follow-up. This made it easy for me to use my CPAP sleep therapy machine and within days I'm feeling much better!”

“Finding Valley Seating and Mobility, was a Godsend, after days upon days of searching for a provider who would work with me to acquire a new wheelchair. I'm 66 years old with 44 years experience of being crippled up after a horrendous car accident in 1979. Have lived my life since riding chairs, crutches, and canes with relatively safe results for mobility. This past New Year's Eve eve I fell and stress fractured my verabre at T12 L1 the exact spot of my previous break. After a struggle I finally recovered to the point where I now need a chair more often than not to get around. I have 3 hard wheeled wheelchairs and ya'll know how tough it is to wheel those right! All I wanted was a simple chair with pneumatic tires for an easier roll. I have Medicare now and was hoping for help from them for the cost. Everyone I spoke with required I go through some type of approval screening that just eats up insurance money. BUT Ken at Valley Seating and Mobility sat me down and actually explained exactly what the screening was all about. It's obvious just by meeting me I can't travel distance without the aid of a wheelchair especially by my lonesome. But that doesn't mean Medicare would approve a new chair for in house use. With that said I have upcoming plans that would require a wheelchair and no time for a lengthy screening that may just be disapproved. Ken listened to my situation and without hesitation set me up with a great chair with a price I could afford. Kind. Polite. Personable. Professional. I'll definitely use this organization for all my future mobility needs. And so should you.”

“I have used RTA for many years for my powerchair needs. Always have great service, communication is pretty good compared to other places I've felt with over the years....WC repairs are always done when needed. Highly recommend to anyone. Some of the issues people have had are likely more insurance issues than RTA . Ken and Vinnie are my 2 go to guys there.”
