“I came in for a bill pay and to inquire about the T-Mobile insurance on my iPhone 14 Plus. Oscar greeted me at the door and ensured he would take care of me. I was hesitant but agreed. He answered all of my questions about the service and educated me on the benefits of the T-Mobile Home Internet.

“Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!!?Manny was our hero!! He helped me get a new number and phone. However, many insane and confusing problems came along the way. I had to come in the store like 3 times and they are always ready to help!! The highlight of all this was how quickly Manny and the other employees were at troubleshooting and how knowledge they were to figure out solutions to my rat nest of a problem. They were all also so very kind and patient! So so sooooo thankful I had them to help me out because it made everything less frustrating.
Bottomline: they are always ready to help & excellent at troubleshooting
