“The guy named Kody at the desk was awesome, I hope this location keeps him! The decor in the lobby was beautiful and inviting. The outdoor areas were not only beautiful, but quiet and peaceful. We found lots of places to eat nearby. Oh, and the chocolate chip, walnut cookies tasted like Mrs. Fields!”
“I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, and the hotel is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. You can even walk about a mile and have your palm read by Mrs. Rita at Mrs. Rita’s Spiritual Awakening Center if you’re feeling like trying something new or if that’s your thing. I will continue staying here at future visits. I will request to not be close to the road though as one side of the hotel is right next to the train and that can make it hard to fall asleep.”
“Very nice quiet hotel but the ac does not cool the room enough and is very loud. We had three rooms and all had the same issue. Rooms on lower floors can hear the occupants above. The rooms were clean and service outstanding. Modern decor and well located.”

“The wife and I stayed here for two nights while our AC got fixed.
Food and drinks: The bar here is great. Nice pours and really good food! I'm as surprised as you are. We had a perfectly dressed Caesar salad and awesome wings. On night two I had the braised short rib and the wife had a really good burger.”
“Rooms 3.5 - small door & small bathroom (toilet & shower)Service 5 - CSR Hetvi, Victor, Tiffany, Gabriella, Allison and the cleaning lady (Adriana) on the third floor were top notch CSR. Customer Service is everything in business and these ladies nailed it. As a tourist I asked them questions about things to do and they took the time to answer and showed zero signs of being annoyed or bothered. The cleaning lady always smiled and was very cheerful when I interacted with her (take my trash, give me extra towels). I think managers need to know that employees like these and customers that have a good experience should take the time to say something good about the service they received.Location 5 - Right around the corner or down the street is quite a bit to do and enjoy. The Tempe Campus is very close by and if you visit for any games this is a good location (very close to expressway). In n Out burgers is right across the street but they're always crowded with the young crowd so be ready to be in a long line. The restaurant across the parking lot from In n Out and the restaurant next doors to the hotel is a good food option. There's a park with a river and a place to walk your pooch. If you like jogging that's a good place to run too.Overall I give it a 4 and my only complaint is the small bathroom. Other HI hotels don't have that set up”

“My family & I loved our stay at the Moxy! The gentleman working in the front during checkin was super friendly and informative. We had a minor incident in our room but were quickly accommodated with a new room. The rooms were spacious with a “homey” feeling, not to mention that AC works perfect for this hot AZ weather! The overall stay was much more pleasant than your typical hotel stay, we look forward to staying again!
However, 2 days after staying I called to ask a question about the deposit and spoke to the RUDEST employee (Paige at the front desk) I have ever came across! She spoke at me as if I was stupid, hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back, it’s so disappointing that such a good company has such a horrible employee representing them! I was able to finally speak to a manager after calling 3 times, he apologized for Paiges behavior and was able to give me an answer to my initial question. Paige had no sense of customer service, knowledge or simple common courtesy while speaking on behalf of the company. Her work ethic flat out sucked! She’s a bad representative of the Moxy and I wouldn’t be proud to have her as an employee.”

“Enjoyed my stay at the Aloft Tempe. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to highways, ASU, and nearby amenities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and well-appointed. Nice cozy lobby, bar, outdoor area, and pool. Convenience store has a wide variety of snacks, beverages, meals, and other essentials for purchase 24/7. There is a bit of noise from the neighboring highway and planes overhead, but it didn't bother me overnight and the hotel provides earplugs if you need them.The one minor disappointment during my stay was the non-functional electric vehicle charging station. All of the Tesla and non-Tesla EV chargers were in poor condition, with busted connectors and wires sticking out (safety hazard?). At least one of the Tesla chargers worked, but the only J1772 charger had a fault. I contacted the charging company listed on the station, who told me that the chargers are owned by the property and the hotel is responsible for arranging maintenance.”

“My family and I just returned from a trip to Sedona, and we stayed overnight at this location before flying out of Phoenix airport early Saturday morning.
The customer service here was exceptional and was the standout feature of this location. We checked in with Karina who was very kind and accommodating. We had to depart before the breakfast opened (7am on Weekends), so she referred me to Yosev for assistance in the morning to help snag some blueberry muffins for the trip.
Both staff members were top notch in their service and helped ease the stress that comes with an early morning flight.
The accommodations were clean and the bed was comfortable; I had a great nights sleep before our brief drive over to the airport in the morning.”

The lower star is for not the cleaning staff not checking the cleanliness under the bed. It's one of the things I look at when I am looking for any of my remaining items when I go to leave. It makes me feel like other areas at the hotel/room could also be neglected. But otherwise great experience.”
“Great pool area. Nice bar. Breakfast was good, however, on weekdays breakfast ends at 9 AM, which we were never told. Large groups of basketball teams were staying in the hotel at the same time we did, which is no problem. However, they stayed for hours lounging with their feet up on the couches and chairs and leaving trash everywhere when they left. Internet was very good. I will stay here again.”

“I can't say enough good things about this place. Clean lobby.. Clean hallways.. Clean rooms. They do allow pets and the place doesn't smell like pets. Lobby and hallways are fresh smelling. They have a pool and a hot tub and barbecue for guests to use everyday. They're perfectly located in Tempe around plenty of stores restaurants and anything that you would need.”

“I stayed here for 4 days on vacation. Got into the room and I was just amazed! The beds are SO comfy, they have a nice TV, a desk, and more
goodies. The A/C is COLD, which is good for Phoenix heat. Breakfast was good, they just needed a bit more options for me. But that’s all, It’s a really good place and the service is 5/5.
Rooms: Rooms are luxurious. Comfy beds, modernized room, and more.
Nearby activities: A lot of good fun places to visit, there’s Phoenix as a whole, etc
Food and drinks: You have vending machines downstairs, and in the morning you have free breakfast. There’s also many outside places within walking distance or driving ~2 miles.”

“I really don't understand what your premium reward status has anything to do with the hotel but the fact of the matter is we're paying $100 for a room and you are expecting $150 to $200 of quality and service I honestly think the service and the quality of the room fit the price if not they are even better this is a very good hotel for $100 a night they have everything you could need a desk, a TV, a bathroom, a shower room, and good service they change your towels add cloths every 2 days some days they haven't changed my towels or my cloths but I can go run to a store and grab something I don't understand why this is such a hard concept for people to grasp I think this is more of an entitlement issue than a quality issue this is good value for the money and service sorry that you don't like me being blunt but that's just my opinion”
