“As Diamond members, my husband and I could not have been in a better hotel for the 2 months we had renovations at home. The Hilton truly delivered! The location was top tier, as it was safe for my morning runs, and the view from the suite was spectacular!I have never experienced staff consistently friendly and accommodating! The suite was perfect, as I had to work from the hotel the entire two months! The internet speed was lightning fast and I loved the natural light. This was honestly better than working from home!-Lamai was always very friendly and made sure we had what we needed in our suite at all times.- Romaine was a pleasure to see daily, as she always greeted us with a smile.-David was very attentive and made sure everything in our room was functioning well.- Jennifer also made sure we had everything we needed and the rooms were left clean and fresh!- Sean always greeted us with a smile and conversation!- Jade was a pleasure to see in the lobby and offered me a water after my long run!- Clover was a joy to converse with and made sure we had what we needed in our suite.-Frank was awesome and should be proud of his staff!”

“This seems too be a mid grade place too stay. Price was fair. 20 minutes too airport. Close too Mesa as we had family there. The room was a bit dirty as the rug was sticky. Some stains on walls. Towels are itchy and kind of smell. The pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was large and met lots of nice people in there. The desk staff are friendly and informative. Its noisy sometimes as you can here your neighbors and theres construction across the street. Breakfast was well stocked and a great start too your day!”

“Rooms: The room was clean and seemed to be fairly updated. The bed was not super soft but the comforter and pillows were amazing!Food & drinks: There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel and the drinks were amazing and I can say the same about the food! I would stay at this hotel again!”

“The room was clean and tidy, the people on the floor above me sounded like a herd of elephants when they were awake. The tv was down in my room and I had to go twice to the front desk only to find I had to personally call the customer service line for their cable provider and fix it myself, which was time consuming. The morning staff was friendly and responsive, the evening staff were making comments about me behind my back and unprofessional when I inquired about the tv being repaired. Good shower water pressure, the fridge has no freezer section. The microwave worked well, the parking lot was a challenge to make a u turn for ride-share pickup. Overall not a bad property, but not an excellent one.Rooms: Dark blue towels were unexpected. They folded the towels and the tp rolls into decorative shapes and had the old school tape over the toilet to show it’s clean. Bedding was reasonable quality, clean, pillows were comfy.”

“We had a great room with a great view. If the place isn't brand -new, it sure looks and feels that way! Very nice. Loved the cherry wood finish on all the woodwork throughout the room. We had a room with a kitchenette on the 3rd floor, very near the elevator.Rooms: The rooms were very nice! Like brand-new, with great cherry wood headboards and cabinetry to accent the room. Very spacious with a great view, comfortable beds, kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator.Nearby activities: Golfland/Sun splash is very close for the kids.Walkability: Even though the Suites have great freeway access, they are also on the Mesa Dr busline, with bus stops very close to the hotel.”

“I wanted to give five stars but five stars mean perfect so I could not in all honesty give that kind of rating. However, this is a great hotel. Yes, it is not the Ritz, but it doesn't pretend to be. The important things are there: large clean rooms, good internet connection, clean common areas, nice amenities and a very reasonable price. And...they are pet friendly! They do charge a $25 fee which compared to some hotels is fair, but my personal belief is there shouldn't be any fee if the room is left clean. But, I digress. There were some tiny, minor things that could be improve upon: outside door to the hallway was not locked so that is a security problem; poor lighting in the room, and a more comfortable pet area would have been nice (the gravel is far too large and it hurts dogs' paws.) I will the review but saying this hotel far exceeded my expectations and I would gladly return in the future. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed here in January of 2024. We needed a convenient location to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport for a good price. This place has both. The exterior looks dated, but rooms are huge and just fine. Very good deal, very clean, good beds, good shower. We have been camping so were able to utilize the free kitchenette, because we had food, pots, utensils, etc. with us. We saw a poor review and asked about it and he showed us a room and we were very pleased and the negative review was not true. We would definitely stay here again.”

“*UPDATE* I've been coming here for a while now. Over a year just once a month or so and all the good stays and proper treatment, BAMM. Out the window. I've never dealt with the lady I seen tonight but she ain't got no people skills what so ever. Period. This will be my last stay here for sure. “Arriving in Phoenix our original booking at another hotel was a nightmare. My family scrambled around at night to find another hotel. Then we came across the Holiday inn. We came into the hotel and were welcomed by Erika. And she was amazing!! She found an early checkout room (( the place was all booked )). She Arranged a room cleaning and made sure we had everything we needed. She gave us a wonderful treatment and prepped us up for the stay. It was such a treat to have a wonderful experience after our rough start in Phoenix. Great room, great location, and even better service!! Erika deserves super props!!”

“This motel is clean and quiet and is bug free. Its a great place to stay. The manager is a very nice person too. I've stayed at big motels and found bugs crawling around on the floor and on the walls. This place has not one bug and it's a comfortable place. It's not fancy but it's the best place to stay.Food & drinks: They have a lot of great places nearby.”

“This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. All the employees were super helpful. The room was clean and very spacious! Bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was good - waffle makers, sausages, hard boiled eggs, toast, cereal etc. It's within walking distance to chain restaurants/fast food and about 20 minutes from the Superstition Mountains. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!”

“We got caught in a snowstorm and had to find a hotel quickly. Fortunately, we got in touch with the lovely owner of this motel, who not only got us a room, she checked the weather for us and spent time on the phone with us making sure we would find it easily at night. The room was clean and comfortable, but only one station on TV. We are thankful for the Plainsman and their kind owners!”

“A little dumpy but nice. Large room with full size refrigerator, microwave and it even had a kitchen. The kitchen might have been bigger than mine. Tri city Inn has always been known for their air conditioning. They remove and clean the air conditioners frequently.”

“For what I seen while I was visiting a girlfriend of mine. This place is cleaner than some of the higher class hotel/motels. It was bland and plain but the burgundy curtains with the coal black rod weaved through them gave it some class. Floors were sparkling clean and wall and ceiling didn't have blood or other misc. on them at all unlike some much higher priced and rated ones. Parking lot was kept up and it was nice and quiet. Everything else was normal for this type of motel. But because of the care and cleanliness I give it 4 stars. Well above average.”
