“I used Arizona Rug Company to clean one of my Persian rugs. They did a great job with the cleaning and were able to repair a section of the rug as well. I had requested they use unscented cleaning products and they were able to accommodate with a product that had very minimal scent, which worked for me.
We had not noticed that mold had started to grow on a small section of our rug due to a moisture issue. Luckily we caught it early and after the cleaning the smell was gone and any signs of mold as well. Overall I was very happy with their service and turnaround time.”

They knew what they were talking about. Tammy was kind and patient as we didn't buy anything but we took on the brochure to call her and order it after measuring the closet. We will definitely be back.”
“Yes, it took many months to get our custom table, but it is exactly what we wanted. It was delivered and put together with care, and I was taught how to use the lever and gears when inserting and removing the leaves. Thank you, Steiner's Amish Furniture.”

“Have been buying furniture here for almost 30 years. The style is timeless, well constructed, beautiful, and comfortable. My grandgirls, now out of college and professionals, will one day hassle who gets what pieces! Also, the service is excellent, and the employees friendly and helpful. I needed an entry table by front door at my retirement apartment, and the only one in cherry at any of their stores was in use by employees by their office door and not for sale. However, I asked them to look on the computer to see all the cherry pieces I have bought, and they sold it to me!!!! Greatly appreciated!!!”

“My granddaughter Julia works there so I decided to pay her a visit. The store is very unique and in a busy part of Tempe. The clothes are mainly, but not all, for anyone younger than myself, but I still was able to find something to buy.”
“I want to share that Mark & Mike did an amazing job guiding us thru the order process. Very pleasurable to deal with and extremely knowledgeable on construction and available options.
We have been looking at options for months but it was the professionalism that closed the deal.
That being said we are only reviewing the sales process so far. The good news is that the 2 Sofas being replaced were from them almost 11 year’s ago so not to worried about quality. Not to mention those sofas are just going to a spare room so still top quality.”
“Absolutely the worst service ever. Would not recommend Ken at all to anyone. The initial consult was great- he provided us good details about the blinds etc. It took about 3-4 weeks for blinds to be installed. That also required alot of follow up which was very annoying. There were two additional blinds that were added which we didn't want- We chalked it down to miscommunication. For the last 2 months we have been trying to get our money back for those two additional blinds that we were charged for. We have tried everything--phone calls, mesgs /emails several times. No response. Will be escalating this to their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and don't choose budget blinds of Tempe. The other locations may be different, can't speak for them.I wanted to Edit this post. After about 15-20 mins of this review i got a call from the new owners of Budget Blinds Tempe- Deb and her daughter Tiffany. Within the hour I got my money back. Really thankful to them for acting on this so quickly. Apparently Ken had sold the business to them and was just overall providing sloppy service. With new owners, I look forward to better service.”

The location is near all other housing good stores such as IKEA. There's plenty of parking onsite. Bring a truck because everything is like 60% off and more. Tho I guess the pickup process could be a little better - may be different queues for pickup or whatever. Even after I checked in online - it took me 15 mins to complete the pickup.”

Live right next to HD and Lowes. Drive out of my way to shop at this store for exactly what I need. This store is clean, well organized, and the staff actually look at you, acknowledge you, and HELP YOU if you need it.
I shop here often and ZAK has helped me on multiple occasions. Just got his name this week, because he helps me a lot when I am trying to figure out certain aspects of this or that when I am tiling.
He is KNOWLEDGEABLE and knows a lot about the products the store sells. The guy is always busy working and stops in the middle of what he is doing to help customers. He puts customers FIRST, and I appreciate that!!!!!
Soooo, if you are busy freaking out on project and unsure of whether to use this, that or the other, go find ZAK. He's the unassuming guy that usually has a hat on. He'll help you out and you'll walk away feeling confident that you are not going to F your project up, regardless of what phase of the project you are embarking upon.
