“I worked here for a very short time. Wasn't an ugly split but got fired for unknown reasons. That said, for future individuals who need work performed on their vehicle, this place is great. They are very upfront with their customers, they are communicative and will fight for you against insurance. They do put their clients first and their techs do phenomenal work. I would still recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work done and a shop that is customer focused. They do take great care of their customers and ensuring their happiness. My beef with them from an employee stand point cannot change the fact that they perform great work and do make their customers and happiness their #1 priority.”

“I recently had some work done on my custom 2016 Cadillac CTSV. Let me start by stating, I will not just let anyone touch this car or do work to it. I do a lot a research and talk to people who've actually used specific locations and look at the work that's been done on their's. My car is murdered with that brings paint chips in grille, splitter, and bottom under headlights. I wanted to have all those fixed. I had also decided I wanted to change my emblems from how I had them to more of a flat black, and had a few other areas needing touch up. I had also scrubbed a curb and needed my wheel fixed and made to look exact as others as these were custom and custom coated to match my car. This piece is no easy task and not just anyone can do my wheels correctly and to the exact as I had made with the right coating. (I moved from CA and why it's not easy here just to go back to them btw)Deciding on Tempe Auto Collision was a slam dunk from the first phone call and how well I was handled with questions asked. Ariea was who took my call and she was very professional, and knowledgeable and delivered as promised my quote same day. I had even called back and made a change, I decided I wanted my splitter to wrap to be carbon wrapped. My splitter is also a custom piece and difficult to remove and replace back. Not many shops if ever, rarely made like this unless they are in the racing world. She handled the change with ease, and when my quote arrived she actually gave me my original requested option plus the option with having them wrap the splitter.From the first call with Ariea, scheduling, communications through the job, handling my wheel being done to specifics, doing visual checks during the process, and delivery she was a star and takes more pride in customer satisfaction. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chen the owner who is an absolutely solid dude and extremely caring when it came to his customers and ensuring satisfaction. One thing was very clear customers come first and are more important to him than anything. He has my trust and definitely will refer his business to many. As for the team that worked on my car. Cali you ROCK, you are definitely top tier at what you do. You did a great job wrapping my splitter and I know it was a PITA. I'm very proud to be able to say a female did that work! You are simply amazing. Jordan, your skills are perfection you, and Cali made a great team working on my vehicle and I'm forever thankful.Great shop! Wonderful team!!Services: Painting”

Big shout out to them as they took great care of my needs while going thru the repair of my car.5 stars doesn’t say how well I was treated by Jessica at the Tempe center on Rioo Salado parkway. She made sure everything was taken care of. Down to getting my car back cleaned. The mechanic went above and beyond working while sick to get things done on time. Hats off to you sir. I truly appreciate your hard work. In the end my car looks amazing and I will definitely be back to have further damage not done in the accident repaired. On top of that I will be remembering how well USAA took care of me with no problems. And be looking there for insurance. Although losing your car for a week and a half possibly 2 is not convenient it was definitely made barrage by these wonderful people.”

They have all the common parts in stock at all times and even if they don’t, the Brea warehouse has it and you’ll see it 7:30 in the morning as long as you order before 5 pm. “So months ago got an inspection prior to my lift. Mild lift 2.5” for my jeep jk. I was recommended some steering parts to beef up and keep from failures. So I bought all the parts and I have my own mechanic that made some minor errors it happens. Chris explained everything to me and helped me out and had to finish another day but would have it all done. I have hade it for a few weeks love the lift rides better than factory and found out I needed a Zappa joint for the transfer case. Well I should say that was on the list! Oops I missed that one so now we are getting that done especially since I don’t want to destroy anything. The best part is that has been my son’s 16th birthday present now. It’s good to know they know that and they/Chris care to make sure the jeep is as safe and enjoyable as possible. Thank you so much.”
