“Hon-Man is an incredible shop. Last week I was taking kids to school in a 2012 Odyssey van. It started flashing a check electrical system warning. The alternator was gone. Hon-Man had bookings in two days. But I left a message for Tait the owner who called right back and explained the situation and said he could install a new alternator the same day. I was literally in the dealer parking lot and drove the van to Hon-Man, who did the job same day for half the price of the dealer. They cut me a new key for much less than either a dealer or hardware store. So grateful to Hon-Man for saving the day for us and getting an old van back in service!”

“I was having issues with my breaks and prior to bringing it in to Mile Auto Repair I went to another shop that was trying to charge me almost $5k for brakes and engine issues. Mile Auto Repair took a look at my engine twice and found none of the issues quoted from the other shop! The other place was trying to scam me. Miles Auto Shop is honest, they won't over quote you, they aren't shifty, and they will have your car finished so quickly it'll surprise you. I will be taking my car their for any future repairs and have already recommended them to several other people!”

“Hubs and I were in a situation where our '98 Forerunner needed a new transmission several months ago. We knew it was going to be costly. Before finding 2B, we originally went to a place which had multiple franchises in the area but they were quoting us almost triple the average price for the service. Quick tip is to always do your research and get multiple estimates! We were very grateful to work with Luis. At 2B, Luis is friendly, professional, transparent, and honest. The service prices are also reasonable. Luis ended up rebuilding our transmission. I recently had to take in my truck again and Luis diagnosed the problem and switched out the faulty part as it was still under warranty. He worked diligently to get our car back to us as soon as possible. I trust Luis with our car and I don't say that for just anyone. Remember to support your local businesses!”

“Stinkys is always worth the money. I bring all my cars here since I moved to Tempe. They are really quick and they are knowledgeable (which helps because sometimes idk which oil my car takes etc.) so that being said - it's about the same price as anywhere else you could go. They are always fast and I've never had an issue with their services. They don't try to sell you a bunch of s*** you don't need- which I like- even though last trip I felt sort of bullied into getting synthetic blend instead of just "motor oil"... but it seems to make my car run pretty good, so I can't say I'm disappointed really! They also tested my battery since it's been hard starting -without me saying anything- which was very nice. Plus the flower!! And they have arcade games in the lobby!! So really who can beat that?!”

“I recently had some work done on my custom 2016 Cadillac CTSV. Let me start by stating, I will not just let anyone touch this car or do work to it. I do a lot a research and talk to people who've actually used specific locations and look at the work that's been done on their's. My car is murdered with that brings paint chips in grille, splitter, and bottom under headlights. I wanted to have all those fixed. I had also decided I wanted to change my emblems from how I had them to more of a flat black, and had a few other areas needing touch up. I had also scrubbed a curb and needed my wheel fixed and made to look exact as others as these were custom and custom coated to match my car. This piece is no easy task and not just anyone can do my wheels correctly and to the exact as I had made with the right coating. (I moved from CA and why it's not easy here just to go back to them btw)Deciding on Tempe Auto Collision was a slam dunk from the first phone call and how well I was handled with questions asked. Ariea was who took my call and she was very professional, and knowledgeable and delivered as promised my quote same day. I had even called back and made a change, I decided I wanted my splitter to wrap to be carbon wrapped. My splitter is also a custom piece and difficult to remove and replace back. Not many shops if ever, rarely made like this unless they are in the racing world. She handled the change with ease, and when my quote arrived she actually gave me my original requested option plus the option with having them wrap the splitter.From the first call with Ariea, scheduling, communications through the job, handling my wheel being done to specifics, doing visual checks during the process, and delivery she was a star and takes more pride in customer satisfaction. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chen the owner who is an absolutely solid dude and extremely caring when it came to his customers and ensuring satisfaction. One thing was very clear customers come first and are more important to him than anything. He has my trust and definitely will refer his business to many. As for the team that worked on my car. Cali you ROCK, you are definitely top tier at what you do. You did a great job wrapping my splitter and I know it was a PITA. I'm very proud to be able to say a female did that work!
