“Have lived here for greater than 3 months now, was worried about amenities and managements handling of problems but they are good.
Apartment complex is cleaned regularly, hallways always bright and smell nice, and maintenance team is superb. They respond to maintenance requests right away.
Despite proximity to airport, Scottsdale road, and ASU. The noise is very manageable and not overbearing even on weekends.
Specifically Pam and Juan in the leasing office are very helpful. Anything from helping to sign a lease to taking care of issues in your apartment they go above and beyond and bring the “luxury” when living in this complex.
Highly recommend!”
“I had the pleasure of touring this apartment, and I was thoroughly impressed. The layout is spacious, the finishes are modern and are outstanding, especially the pool area!! I also appreciated how clean and well- maintained everything was. The neighborhood seems quiet and convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The office manager Whitney was exceptional! She was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. She definitely put me at ease, as the moving process is very overwhelming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I am seriously considering making this my next home!”
“Redpoint is an amazing apartment complex! I thought I purchased the furnished package for my apartment but found out on move in day I hadn't, and Mitchell was so accommodating and helped me get into a new apartment with furniture and he made the whole process so easy and stress free!! All the staff was extremely nice and helpful as well and I love my new place! Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking around.”

“I love this community! The property is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the lake, and is situated right next to the watermark area, my favorite little cluster of shops and restaurants, but the best part is the management. Errin is such a great property manager! Super friendly, patient and great to work with. Likewise with Brad, the maintenance supervisor. Always helpful, and very friendly. 5/5!”
“I must say the place is beautiful. Some tenants are rude and messy but you can’t blame the complex on that. Most notably though is the turn around time on work orders. Very rarely has it taken more than 48 hours for them to fix any reported issues, and it’s usually done within the same day. Unheard of in my renting history. Jessie rocks. And it’s quiet. (Downside is guest parking will tend to run out on saturday nights)”

“Our drier was old and broke down multiple times but Donny did a great job fixing and then replacing the dryer as soon as the new one was available. Maintenance is always quick here”
“Had an issue with my washer and Raul showed up quickly and got things up and running . He was very polite and took the time to explain what had happened. I Hope all my maintenance requests in the future can be this easy. Thanks Raul and Also Kenny in the offic for getting it done. You guys are great !!”

“Living at The Carmin has been a pleasure so far. The staff is super friendly, and Dimitri, the leasing manager, has been especially awesome. He even helped me find a last-minute parking spot, which was a huge relief. Overall, it’s a great place with a welcoming vibe and would recommend to any college kid!”
“I absolutely love living here. I’ve been here since 07/22 and just renewed for another 1.5 years and that’s due to the amazing staff and amenities. Plus I am comfortable, and have never had any issues. This is my home sweet home. It fits me and the people I’ve come across while living here are super friendly.And again like I said the amenities are a definite plus. We have a nice big sparkling pool, an awesome workout center and an office room and so much more. Those are just my faves but all in all I’d definitely recommend to my family and friends. “I've lived at this property for over 3 yrs and haven't been happier. Found this place when prices were high for renters and love my apt model and property amenities. Anytime, I have an issue I reach out to one of the managers and it gets taken care off immediately. Rob Boyle has been especially great with any issues I've had. Great communication on all ends from the front office.”
“My wife and I lived at Lakeview for the last year and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. From the landscapers to maintenance to leasing office, you can tell they all care about the community and take great care of the facilities. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues that popped up. “was on the apartment hunt in early January - while we ended up finding something more centrally located, Tia from here @ Mercury was the first person to reach out to us of all places we inquired with , and kept consistent contact with me throughout the entire process when it came down to approval and what we were looking for. We’ve yet to encounter a leasing agent elsewhere with the same level of professionalism and care that Tia shows, and it really went a long way as moving is already as stressful as it is!”
“Been here for about a month now and we love it. Very clean and staff is helpful but you usually have to stop into the office instead of calling if it’s urgent. Biggest gripe is that some of the locks on the pools are tough to open they for sure need replaced but if that’s the biggest problem then it’s definitely a pretty good place”

“I dont really post google reviews but i guess this earned my time to make one. We processed everything online and just depended on the photos and google reviews from other tenants so we decided to make it a go on this apartment complex. After a week of long drive going to our unit we didnt expect what we saw and instead of moving on that day we reported it back to the management that we cannot sleep in the unit that they gave us. I really appreciated what deborah and dianah did for us that day and they arranged everything for us including the hotel to sleep for the night and a dinner gift card plus they offered us a new unit where we moved in the next day. They had been professional enough to handle those type of situation and we are so grateful for all the help they offered us. I have attached photos of the new unit for others who are searching apartments and were not able to see it personally.”
“it’s a good place to live if it’s your first time living away from your parents. with that being said you pay for what you get. the community is amazing and the staff are relatively helpful. the only downside is that it’s a bit outdated. they really need to update some of the appliances as well as do a better job cleaning after each tenant leaves. I would also recommend they remove all the carpet they have installed because it has some noticeable wear n tear. i did resign my lease for next year so its worth it in my opinion.”
