Not sure why I even try to come here without an appointment that’s a week away. Under staffed is an under statement. They can never help with any business banking issues that only take 5 minutes to complete. Definitely a mega corporation that only cares about lining their pockets.

Today I adjusted to 5 stars, thanks to Lucky the banker , that was very nice and helpful during my meeting . Thank you Lucky .To much talking !!! Tellers to do their work and limit to their job questioning. We wait in line for too long. Please be more considerate !!! Manager , please get your employees on training how to be more efficient. Thank you

Needed help with an urgent wire transfer. The teller said only a banker can do wires, and the banker was too busy to help. Was completely emotionless with no empathy or apology. Thank goodness the branch on Grand was able to help and provided excellent customer service! Not surprised the branch has such bad reviews.

This bank is still in the dark ages it should be in the town of Mayberry no customer service, it has no idea how to service people it's like a bank from a third world it would be better off making it a McDonald's at least you could stand in line smelling food for a hour than watching two tellers telling their customers about thier life"s experiences, management is so bad they could care less if anything is getting done as long as they get their lunch unbelievable ☹️? never again.

Definitely a bank location who has come a long way in customer service from 18 years ago. They are almost done remodeling the interior. The drive through is closed sometimes during banking hours and I have no idea why. A few of their employees have been there for over 10 years. Not my main bank, but we do hold secondary accounts here.

Overall, I enjoy this banks location in relevance to where I live; however, it would have been nice to know that their drive-thru closed early even though their hours on the outside (and drive up) still say 9:00 to 5:00 (I went at 3:50pm). That made me take my toddler with no shoes or pants on into the bank because I wasn't expecting to get him out of the car at all. Super annoying and inconvenient.

Went into this branch to solve a problem with an account. Spoke to a banker who was unable to solve the problem or explain why the problem was taking place. He called Wells Fargo for assistance with the issue. I sat with the banker for approximately 45 minutes. He suggested I leave my contact information and he would call me back when they can resolve the problem. After over 3 weeks, still no call and worst the problem still exists. Unfortunately, the customer service at this and other locations are terrible. Left with no option, all I can do is leave this company after being a customer for over 15 years. They deserve a rating of zero stars!

The older latina lady with short curly hair and mask was extremly rude. Was trying to explain something she kept cutting me off wouldnt let me talk. Worst Wells Fargo I've been to.

I’m only giving one star because Google requires at least one. I would otherwise not give any. I have not spent less than 4 hours at each appointment with a personal banker in a probate manner. They refuse to prepare for the appointments by submitting documents I provide to their legal department prior to my appointment. They won’t call their legal department unless I’m in front of them and their legal department takes over an hour just to answer the phone… that is before they review the documents. They made serval mistakes setting up the accounts that they would not correct unless I came back for several more hours. They won’t cut a cashiers check on a court restricted account without calling their legal department first… so four hours of sitting in front of their personal banker, waiting for their legal department just to cut one check. After probate is over I will close every account and won’t be banking with Wells Fargo again. I cannot continue to get a babysitter every time I need to complete a transaction.

So rude, always super impatient, they talk so loud and never want to listen to you or your concerns so glad I'm done paying off my car with them. Good Riddance!

I like going here, I go to the drive thru and they make it fast and easy! I haven't had any issues. Plus the Banker was so kind and sweet.

Drive Thru ATM down frequently lately... Sometimes the ATM zip front is also down. Nearest location is pretty far other than inside the grocery store.
