They don’t answer the phone. Placed on hold then they keep picking it up and holding it back. Been on hold for over 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. People rely on their medication and this is what you do?

You call and call for percripion pick ups and more often than not lately no one is working?? I just went there to pick up and you have a sign in the window at 9:45 am that no one is working? This has happened now multiple times!! Time to move our location for percripions!
