“The only and I mean ONLY reason I even give this place a 5 star is because of one employee, Fantasia. I’ve been going to this store for 13+ years and have encountered some of the worst customer service ever. But with Fantasia, every time I go there and she’s there she puts a smile on my face. She’s really good at customer service. I just wish you guys would hire more people like her. I stopped going to this location 6 months ago because I had the worst customer service. But I decided to give it another chance just because of Fantasia. She’s fast, she knows what she is doing, she knows how to handle damn coupons! And I thank circle K for hiring someone like her.”

“Hopefully Jenny is still managing this store. My wife and I have been going here for 9 years. After moving further away, and being closer to the waddell/reems store, we still go to the Bell/reems store. I was there today and noticed the pizza was being served like the waddell store. My wife said she saw the manager from the waddell store there the other day, and not Jenny, yelling at the employees. If she is at this store, I will NOT remain a customer, as she is the reason we don't go to the waddell store. If this store is being run by that manager, save yourself some aggrevation and visit QT at grand and mountian view.”

Today we had her 4runner done with the ceramic wax and my truck with a nice wash. Sid seems to have a great crew here and his personality and leadership is very nice. “One of the cleanest QT’s I’ve been in. Stop daily at different stores. First time here, and I was pleasantly surprised. First off the black gentleman that made my grilled cheese was beyond nice. Seriously need to be in management the way he interacted with me. And to top it off, one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time! Even the ice tea was brewed perfectly!”

“This location is one block away from another location by our home. This one has a medical office now built into it. When you walk in the front door you can chose left for medical or right to Walgreens for pharmaceutical. What will they think of next. Pretty smart idea. I love that it is new, bright, and clean. It seems larger than others, but is less busy for some reason. Employees here are super nice.”

All the employees are very friendly also. Always willing to help or answer any questions anytime. It helps when I don’t feel well to see their friendly faces.”

“I am a bit surprised at some of these reviews because I have been visiting this little community store for more than a decade, and I have never had a bad interaction with anyone there, found the price of anything I was interested in to be overpriced. They carry a particular beverage that until very recently I couldn't find anywhere else. When I stopped in one day for a six pack, they were sold out. When I mentioned it the clerk wrote the name down, and told me he would have it in a couple days. And he did! And he made sure that every time I stopped in, he always had at least one six pack put away cold for me. That is the kind of old school customer service that I really appreciate!”

“Convenience! Redbox, good sales on beauty products sometimes. I've gotten some really good deals on cologne too. I find myself shopping here for Hallmark cards and I enjoy the seasonal isle as well. Especially when shopping for holiday goodies for the girls and hubby. I really appreciate their over the counter medicines. Plenty of natural, homeopathic, dye free options I wouldn't have access to without Walgreens. I definately still mask up in this store. Employees are always so kind. If it gets busy someone is called up front right away. Right now the pharmacy is temporarily closed, but not the store itself. One of their 2 pharmacists took another job and they haven't been able to find a replacement. They have techs, but really need an actual pharmacist. To prevent over working their other pharmacist and losing them, they temporarily closed the pharmacy until they can get another person to help carry the load. It is a very busy location.”

“What a wonderful experience I had at this CVS location!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Adriana and she continued to help me throughout the store! The pharmacist Sara answered all of my questions concerning a long list of medications and then Kerra the manager helped me find more info about prescriptions and the CVS Care pass and how it works!! Also Cora another associate was very helpful as I was looking for another product in the store. I’m changing my prescriptions to this location because of all this wonderful support and help throughout the store!! This is my CVS going forward and you should check them out too!!”

“Wanted to share a compliment on behalf of a young lady at this store named Amanda. I had called and asked for a simple product, and this young lady went way out of her way to be helpful. She was busy with another customer and asked very politely if I wouldn’t mind holding until she could verify the product in question was in stock. In today’s world just to get a real voice who is quite refreshing. We all need to exercise a little patience in this world to let people be able to help you when they say they will. Too many times it is us customers who can become impatient, that’s not fair, especially when a lot of places have minimal staff. She was extremely courteous, and when she came back to my phone call to let me know that they did in fact have the item at the store. (and I didn’t have to waste a 30 mi trip!) “I have been going to this pharmacy for years. They try their hardest to help you if something isn't in stock there or if I have an emergency prescription for my one year old. The people at the front counter and photo are friendly and helpful also. The pharmacy has come a long way over the years. I left a lackluster review 6 years ago. The effort is there and most days you get great service there. They normally have what I need in stock and have consistently good customer service.”
