This Walgreens on Grand Ave provides amazing care and service. The pharmacy staff is wonderful and helpful, handling issues with insurance, prescriptions, and addresses with skill and assurance. They take the time to explain medications clearly, even with a line, making customers feel truly taken care of. The entire team, including staff at the drive-thru, is courteous and goes out of their way to help. The store staff is also amazing, helping customers find the right products throughout the store, including items covered by insurance or Medicare. They make people feel like family. Services like taking passport photos are handled with care. Cashiers are helpful with coupons and deals, creating a positive experience. The overall feeling is one of relief and delight, with a highly recommended pharmacy and store where the staff has an upbeat attitude and provides exceptional service.
Had an issue with my insurance refilling a prescription early. Ellie & Pharmacist Ben were able to help me & got it filled with my insurance approving. Amazing care & service!!
