“Dr. Kim is what we hope to find in a vet..someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to pet owners who are worried. What I never thought to find is a vet that LOVES CATS and does whatever is necessary to see that your fur babies will be taken care of at home...by you! On our first visit with Bootsy she crawled under a chair to give him his meds. Then my adult daughter and I joined her on the floor to learn how to give oral medication and eye drops. The next time we needed to give eye meds, we owned up to not being very good at it. She gave us even more training until both of us were able to show her we could do it. Success at home followed. I remember many years ago when teaching elementary school children, that teaching often required finding many different ways to present material so that everyone could understand. That's Dr. Kim. She takes the time to share her knowledge so that our cats get the best care possible. She personally owns many cats and does non-profit adoption. Over the past 8 months we have adopted two of her kitties. Having been well socialized, they transitioned very easily to living in our now 3 cat home. If you stop by her office you might be lucky to find some kitties available for adoption. We are so happy to have found Dr. Kim.”

“I got a new puppy, and he had picked up kennel cough from the shelter he came from. I called this place they got me in to see them. My older chihuahua is terrified of everything but they wanted her there as well so they could proactively treat her because the cough is very contagious. My nervous little chi actually liked this place. ? Legitimately a bunch of adorable smart ladies who love animals in puppy print scrubs and crocs baby talking your dogs while they treat them. Who wouldnt love them?! Both of my dogs did. Thanks for helping my family and not scaring the crap out of my chi who has a history of being abused before I adopted her. My daughter has the privilege of rescuing a 3 mo old orange tabby, little princess from a dire situation and we needed medical care sooner than later for her. The staff were able to fit her in the same day at such a reasonable cost that we were willing to drive across the valley. And thank goodness we did! It was so worth the trip! The attention to detail and respect given to the little gift we were blessed with was astounding. You can tell each person there on staff truly loves animals. I will never go anywhere else...EVER!”

He had developed a condition that became inoperable and it was time to say goodbye. The staff told us what we needed to hear and the permission to let him go. It was a decision that had been weighing on us for a few weeks. They worked together in coordination with the vet Dr. Rogers. Everyone was so compassionate and kind.
