“We were looking for a New Veterinarian Office that seemed to care about us & our fur babies. Saw a lot of post about Peoria Animal Hospital & gave them a call to schedule one of our babies in. Was a little concerned about no reminders of a appt ( they said they called but didn’t ) but day of appt what a great visit & learned a lot. Thank you to the Vets wife understanding our dog was not dog friendly to other dogs ( even though we have two others at home) & she got us to a room right away, I was struggling.The Veterinarian was amazing we loved his insight, knowledge & experience. We learned a lot & thought he took the right time to address all our concerns & courses of treatment available, no pressure.We will start slowly with things he suggested since we know our boys system & see what is exactly working & give it time & adjust.It was refreshing a Veterinarian like that have not seen sinceDr Charlie Sink since we been here in Arizona.The Tech was amazing since my boy was a little aggressive to other dogs she was able to take my credit card & check us out so we could slide out the side door to avoid other dogs, was nice how they worked with us.We will be back soon & move our other babies over to them as well just wish they do a military discount 10% helps with 3 dogs but Great Veterinarian”

“Its pretty incredible to me to see so many people write negative reviews about their experience here. I've found that it has less to do with the people administering care and more to do with the fact that their beloved pets are in need and sometimes, that doesn't work out the way we'd like it to.I recently brought one of our Doberman's in here because she has sustained a laceration to her mouth and was bleeding profusely. After rushing her to the back (before they are even technically open), they explained to me that with the severity of the bleeding, they recommended I bring her to a hospital ASAP. I did so and fortunately the bleeding slowed enough at the hospital to get a diagnosis and care plan. I called Banfield back with the care plan and they told me to bring my girl back in there and they would take care of her needs (at half the price). They were absolutely slammed with appointments all day but they still agreed to help and likely stayed late because of it.My experience with the entire staff was that of people who actually cared about our pets care as well as the impact it has on the owner's wallet. I am very appreciative of Banfield.”

“Store is always well stocked! Especially the Rx food… THANK YOU. Building has a ton of shade and sidewalks for your pet to walk in from the parking lot- (a definite plus!)one thing that I don’t get about all the petsmarts- is PLEASE KEEP all the loose rawhides, chews and other edible products that are not sealed up off the first and second shelves. Dogs with food allergies can not have them!! I love that I can bring my pet to the store- but I also can’t risk them accidentally getting one of those products in their mouth. Please consider moving them. Besides that- this store is excellent, clean and the staff is very friendly. Thank you!”
