The staff were so friendly, patient and kind yo me snd my pet. The staff and doctors were knowledgeable and approached my dog Lila with calm, kind and assertive energy which helped reduce my anxiety. They provided excellent care to my dog.

The staff (Leona) & vet (Dr Tracy) were very compassionate & detailed in their care of my pet. The only drawback is the cost but I can even understand that due to the comprehensive nature of the diagnostic tests being performed.

This place is great. Wonderful people working there. The wait is pretty long, but it is an emergency clinic, so don't expect to be in and out. Overall it's great, and the Dr spends one on one time explaing everything. Well done!
