I have been to 3 other Verizon stores to fix my issue with google maps. If I set a destination, it would give me the initial direction to start with and then stop talking to me with directions. This is a great store. Seem like everyone there was really good. But let me tell you Matt went above and beyond what I would expect and was very knowledgeable.
