“Not a bad store. Going through some remodeling and it has all your basic needs for food shopping. Pharmacy aisles are small so don’t expect to get a large selection of medicine.”
“Absolutely the worst place to go for any working class individual. I try and squeeze in here after working the 8-5 and it's almost guaranteed retired folks have been waiting all day to see you. Can't get gas to save your life as it's absolutely packed full of snowbirds during any hours you can get gas. My only guess is the old people want to see who is paying into SSI.
If boomers could only figure out the app you wouldn't have to wait 6 minutes for them to get a fuel receipt.
If you want to get in and out of the store fast, use the App, old people can't hardly figure that out and it puts you in and out quickly.
Auto mounted my tires and it was slow but it eventually happened and I have been happy.
Long story short, this is a snow bird haven and they will ruin it for any AZ local should you need to use this to live your life. FYI, Costco is no better. Lines of old people sucking up fual every day. Can't hardly live on this side of town without fighting old people for a spot in the world. They could get out from 8-2 every day but they like to drive slow in the morning and get out after 3 pm when working class people are shopping.”

“Kevin the manager is such a great and nice person. I switched from Walgreens/CVS because of there hours and just not happy with there services. Since I have been coming to bashes and seeing Kevin it's been the best change I did. He remembers I think all of his customers and shows empathy. Just remember if you switch like I did they are closed on Sunday.”
“That was a quick in and out. The price was around 3.13 per gallon. This station is kept clean. Next to Sam's for groceries. Recommend a stop before grocery shopping.”
“I went to this location a few times & always received great & friendly service. All items are in stock & label well though out the store. The locations have scan & go service where you can setup the account via your app & have your credit card information to scan all your groceries items & pay. Also have self checkout area paying w/ your credit card only for our groceries & regular checkout's as well. Also their gas station is available for members which is usually .20 or more cheaper than other locations. If you would like affordable food & or sweets combo's are available for hotdog w/ soda, pizza w/ soda, ice cream, slushes, pretzel and churros. My suggestion would be for the food area to offer real nacho cheese for pretzels, and possibly offer nachos as well.”
“I have been going to this Walmart pharmacy for 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Great customer service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Last week I picked up a prescription and then shopped for a rug. When I got home, I couldn’t find my prescription. I called the pharmacy and talked to Joan. She said no one had turned it in and then she went to check with customer service to no avail. I then told her I had shopped for a rug and she took the time to go search and found it. Thank you Joan. What great service.”

“Very clean store! However, the cashier at the self- checkout was very rude and disregarded the customers questions when attempting to use the Safeway mobile app. A majority of the customers were seniors and the cashier had no patience to teach or assist; He displayed a demeanor towards the customers as if they were ignorant and were bothering him. I stepped in and advised the cashier, " He had no right to address the customers in the manner he is , and to treat the customers with professionalism and respect!"”

“Convenience! Redbox, good sales on beauty products sometimes. I've gotten some really good deals on cologne too. I find myself shopping here for Hallmark cards and I enjoy the seasonal isle as well. Especially when shopping for holiday goodies for the girls and hubby. I really appreciate their over the counter medicines. Plenty of natural, homeopathic, dye free options I wouldn't have access to without Walgreens. I definately still mask up in this store. Employees are always so kind. If it gets busy someone is called up front right away. Right now the pharmacy is temporarily closed, but not the store itself. One of their 2 pharmacists took another job and they haven't been able to find a replacement. They have techs, but really need an actual pharmacist. To prevent over working their other pharmacist and losing them, they temporarily closed the pharmacy until they can get another person to help carry the load. It is a very busy location.”

“Looking at all these reviews is funny. My recommendation is for people to download the app to put in your refills. I went in the other day and their was only 1 tech and 1 pharmacist working. Looks to me they do not have any employees to answer the phone. Not really their fault.”

All the employees are very friendly also. Always willing to help or answer any questions anytime. It helps when I don’t feel well to see their friendly faces.”

“This location is one block away from another location by our home. This one has a medical office now built into it. When you walk in the front door you can chose left for medical or right to Walgreens for pharmaceutical. What will they think of next. Pretty smart idea. I love that it is new, bright, and clean. It seems larger than others, but is less busy for some reason. Employees here are super nice.”
“They are remodeling here! Half thr parking lot is closed at this time to make room for storage during the remodeling. So far produce lighting is brighter, they moved all the name brand breads and tortillas near the entry where the baked goods are, and some shelving units are going higher. I bet that means more inventory! Before the remodel and a little now they have had some amazing clearance prices on items to get ready for the remodel. Self check out is your best bet to check out fast during busy times of the day. That is unless you are like me and you can't get the darn bags open. =) They offer drive up pick up too. I can find more of my staples available at this location than our larger Walmart's in the area. They do not all carry the same items. Have any compliments or concerns? Send them feedback for they DO listen!”
“Not sure why the low reviews for this Walmart. Seemed to be your typical Walmart. We needed bottled water and laundry detergent, so we stopped by. Everything was pretty clean and organized especially considering it was like 9pm. I think their employees are supposed to be wearing masks but most were not, or they were wearing them around their chins, but I guess that's standard here in Arizona (I'm visiting from Detroit). We were able to get everything we needed, including a 12-pack of water for $2.88 which isn't bad.”
“I was dealing with insurance issues, another pharmacy, and my childs provider, who werent coming through/communicating correctly. Courtney (pharmacy tech) was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in an almost emergent situation. She got my son what he needed. Hopefully this kudos gets passed on to her supervisor. “What a wonderful experience I had at this CVS location!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Adriana and she continued to help me throughout the store! The pharmacist Sara answered all of my questions concerning a long list of medications and then Kerra the manager helped me find more info about prescriptions and the CVS Care pass and how it works!! Also Cora another associate was very helpful as I was looking for another product in the store. I’m changing my prescriptions to this location because of all this wonderful support and help throughout the store!! This is my CVS going forward and you should check them out too!!”
