“This Sam's is always clean and their prices are great. This location is also set up so that it is easy to navigate. I would have given five stars except for the fact that when I ordered a hot dog the lady did not acknowledge me and when she counted the change back she did not say thank you or goodbye. The other lady whom I show my receipt to in order to leave the building, also did not acknowledge me verbally just checked my receipt and sent me on my way without any interaction . Neither one of these issues would keep me from going back, but it is why I could not give them 5 stars”

“Went for Vicks DayQuil Severe liquid - all out of individual bottles. Oodles of Equate brand, but my wife specifically said “do not buy that!” Ended up with a twin-pack, one DayQuil Severe, one NyQuil Severe.Hate the self-checkout, but with only one cashier open and one at the customer service desk…Found out the only touchless payment method they accept is something called “Walmart Pay” - really? I can’t tap my card? I can’t use Apple Pay or Google Pay?Then the machine did not accept my card, whether swiped or inserted. Tell me why we’re still swiping cards - it’s 2024, for goodness sake!Like the mob used to tell us in the ‘70s: “Whaddaya gonna do ‘bout it, eh?”I ended up at the Customer Service desk. That lady and the one at the self checkout were really nice. Nothing like a nice personal interaction.”

“I meant to write this sooner. On New Year’s Day my usual CVS was supposed to be filling my very important prescription. I got a call from them saying that the pharmacist didn’t feel comfortable filling it. She didn’t like the way it was written. I was freaking out but called 99th Ave and Peoria CVS, I told the pharmacist the deal and she said she’s filling it and it would be ready in 30 minutes. She lied. It was ready in 22 minutes. She was so kind and picking up was so easy. I know working on holidays sucks, I was working too but they stuck to their limited hours as advertised unlike the 83rd Ave and T-Bird CVS who wouldn’t fill it and decided to close at 2pm 1/1/24. I don’t know if they’re short staffed but I’m done with them. I’m using this pharmacy now.”

“This is a summary of my experience with WIP (AZ) as a customer over the last several months. My primary prescription with them is a compounded medication that's required many adjustments to get to the right dose. Usually, it took five-ish business days for them to get a new formulation sent out and I typically had enough meds to see me through. However, the last time the dose was changed, it took 10 BUSINESS DAYS for it to be SENT. I had to resort to cobbling together leftover meds. Not happy. My latest order was a refill that I called in on 11/20/23 (Monday before Thanksgiving). The tech was not the friendliest I've spoken with. I let her know how long it took to receive my last order and asked how long this one might take. She was gruff but said she'd see what she could do to get it sent out promptly. I was notified later that day that it was sent and I received it on Wednesday, 11/22. The meds have always been packaged correctly and, for the most part, their techs have been helpful. Almost gave up on WIP but their recent quick refill of my prescription will keep me with them for a bit longer. Moving forward, I plan to ask how long it might take to receive my meds and if I'm not notified in a couple days that it's been sent, I will call to inquire. Recently, I heard that the government is cracking down on compounding pharmacies and that there are and will be fewer of them. WIP's shortcomings may be a result of trying to serve as many people as they can.”

“I went to this location a few times & always received great & friendly service. All items are in stock & label well though out the store. The locations have scan & go service where you can setup the account via your app & have your credit card information to scan all your groceries items & pay. Also have self checkout area paying w/ your credit card only for our groceries & regular checkout's as well. Also their gas station is available for members which is usually .20 or more cheaper than other locations. If you would like affordable food & or sweets combo's are available for hotdog w/ soda, pizza w/ soda, ice cream, slushes, pretzel and churros. My suggestion would be for the food area to offer real nacho cheese for pretzels, and possibly offer nachos as well.”
