They have awesome service and all. You need employees that's speak bilingual English and Spanish. We don't have problems with arabe but some of us don't understand what they're saying. 😒 And if they don't understand us.. we get yelled at. Sometimes they have very bad attitude 😔

The guy named Aziz, is a great person. The last time the girls who worked here were rude but he's a really nice guy. Would love to come back anytime.

I have the greatest experience at this MetroPCS the employee Aziz if I'm spelling his name correctly was very helpful maybe feel appreciated and help me get the right phone very good customer service skills
