“Any provider can provide good internet service, but what make Wyyerd different is amazing customer service. I've never had to wait more than a minute, if that. When you call, you only have two options, not a nested menu of options that take time to work through. Option 1 is help if the service is down or you're having problems and option 2 is all other issues. Then a very short notice that the call is recorded.When you talk to a person, they're always friendly and helpful. I recommend Wyyerd to anyone looking to purchase or change internet providers.”

“This is not a customer service store. Not only were they rude and not willing to help us with a simple return. They weren't much better with Verizon customer service who I was able to get on my phone and try to work the situation out. They even refused several times, to let us speak with a manager. Who did finally come out. But it took alot to prompt him out of the back. Still not sure he was the manager. I am sure there are better stores even if I have to drive further. Verizon customer service will be reporting them to corporate it was nice to have them hear what we the customer had to put up with.”
