I understand it’s Black Friday weekend, and it sucks for them, but being by friendly isn’t hard.
The store did have a lot of items on sale. Just not stuff I need though.”

“We came in looking for a new tv and boy did they have options. It had been many years since our last one and had so many questions. Our last experience with Best Buy was over a decade ago and so awful we haven’t been back. We decided to give them another chance to see if anything was different. Once we found what we were looking we asked for delivery. We were surprised that they could get it to our house in two days. Price was fair and with a promotion going on we were also offered a gift card. I waited until after delivery to make sure my review was fully informed. Also because the delivery was part of our last issue. I am pleased to say it went well. Communication was on point and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful.”

“Porting my phone number from T Mobile to Verizon Wireless has been an odyssey. Six days without phone service. I spent hours speaking to call center reps from both companies and a host of store reps from both companies. Some advanced the project, others were an obstacle to success. Finally, this guy in the photo, Brandon, from the VZW corporate phone store in Surprise, AZ, brought me home. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Now I’m blazing on a 5G network, and 4 bars for cellular service. Thanks Brandon, you are on my Christmas list!”

“Convenience! Redbox, good sales on beauty products sometimes. I've gotten some really good deals on cologne too. I find myself shopping here for Hallmark cards and I enjoy the seasonal isle as well. Especially when shopping for holiday goodies for the girls and hubby. I really appreciate their over the counter medicines. Plenty of natural, homeopathic, dye free options I wouldn't have access to without Walgreens. I definately still mask up in this store. Employees are always so kind. If it gets busy someone is called up front right away. Right now the pharmacy is temporarily closed, but not the store itself. One of their 2 pharmacists took another job and they haven't been able to find a replacement. They have techs, but really need an actual pharmacist. To prevent over working their other pharmacist and losing them, they temporarily closed the pharmacy until they can get another person to help carry the load. It is a very busy location.”

“Always a good shopping expeirence I really enjoy shipping at Target. I can always find what I'm looking for, the price are competitive, and the staff are always willing to help. Lately, I have been shopping on line and using the drive up delivery service. As soon as you place your order, Target works fast to put everything together. Most of my orders are completed with in a few hours. Then ypu drive up, text upon your arrival, and your items are brought out tonyour vehicle quickly. Always a good shopping experience.”

“Spent the last 3 days trying to fix an Outlook email issue on my android cell phone.Was apprehensive about coming in for assistance as I assumed that it would entail a long wait being that we are near the holidays, or maybe I needed to make an appointment?I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no wait and I walked right up to the counter.I was kindly greeted by Anishia at Geek Squad, who patiently worked to troubleshoot. Seems there is an issue with Outlook, but Anishia was able to figure out a solution to get my emails.My fingers can now heal from biting my nails, as I have been needing important emails to come through! ?The help was complimentary, and they take walk ins as well as appointments.Good to know Geek Squad is here to help - for not just laptops and computers.A great company ?THANK YOU ANISHIA FOR SAVING THE DAY!!”
