“I have been a Tmobile customer for a very long time, and I usually will work with one person at a store until either they move stores or if I go to a different location. It has been a while since I felt like I have my dedicated salesperson at this store, but that has changed! Vincent is my guy! He helped me "jump" a phone, had another phone in the color I really wanted shipped to me, helped me add an apple watch line while making sure I was taking advantage of all the discounts and deals my plan allowed! He's great and saved me money! Thanks, Vincent, for being knowledgeable and friendly!”

“I went out on black Friday to pick up my target order. I had ordered 2 items and when I recieved them both were wrong. I ordered them for delivery and didn't go back to return them until later. When I did go to return them the woman that helped me at the Glendale target was very apologetic and gave me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience. She was just a genuinely nice person and it came across. It's not often I find people like that anymore.”

“" Justice here" I purchased 3 phones from this location from Brenda, this girl was the worst. Not sure why she didn't like us from the beginning. Another couple walked in behind us she right away said she had discounts and sales to offer them. I asked her about them, her response was we only have what was on sale for Thanksgiving. I'm like u offered them a discount for the turn on?She ignored me, 1 of the phones is a Samsung that was not keeping charge and was heating up while charging. I spoke to Michael A yesterday afternoon he told me he would be able to assist me at 1:00 pm the next day which is 2day if the phone was having the issues I mentioned, he never showed up. We spent almost 500.00 dollars on these phones so yes I'd like this issue taken care off.I was assisted by a girl named Brittney she was friendly, courteous, respectful and had great customer service. She examined the phone and felt how hot it was and exchanged it for me. Thank u Brittney for ur customerservice! Yes I have been to this location in the past n' all the great ppl are no longer working here!...”
“First & only event I’ve been to this location: a couple weeks ago, I brought in a “new” [refurbished] iPhone I had gotten online elsewhere that was adjusted to be “unlocked” to use with MetroPCS- who I’ve had for about 4 years now. I’ve been to countless different locations to pay my bill with cash, or get an upgrade, etc.I’d never before, tried to use a phone I didn’t buy with them. Usually the upgrades help a big discount, and they’ve got good phones. Personally, I do whatever I can to avoid going in debt for a phone, so my monthly payment is LOW, just the text+call+data package is only $35/month!!This time around tho, when I needed a new phone, I happened to find a quick discount deal online, elsewhere. This new phone, I realized it wasn’t going to be a “guarantee” that it would work, bc it wasn’t one of their own. I wanted to try it, tho. The 2 ladies working there were very sweet & patient — as we figured out transferring my same phone number & services. Guess what? It all worked out smoothly. I had to pay a transfer fee, but I don’t mind—bc their time is valuable, I wasn’t expecting it would be free. Metro-PCS is simple & cheap!! Why pay more anywhere else?!Also, a note on the general environment inside the store: clean, organized, good lighting! Can clearly see everything for sale!!”

“It’s amazing the lies that people can leave as comments. I had such an amazing experience here that I wanted to leave a review. It’s a shame that while I was in the process I seen the most recent comment. I was the last customer in the store. The store closes at 8pm and I left a little past 8pm. The nice employee walked me out and like any store that closes at a certain time, they locked the doors. I was sitting in my car watching this lady come and knock at the window and yell to be let in. First off, no one told you to come back if you don’t like this store, second if you can’t get your thing together and make it before a store closes, don’t blame the employee that are now closing the store. Funny thing is that the person that wrote the bad review is probably going to deny all of this because as we can see nothing is her fault. The last time I check no one forces us to go to a store, we go on our own free will. I hope the lies that the person that left that offer review don’t deter anyone else from coming to this store.
