Who not only examined my dog himself in the room with me present he took a lot of time to review and explore a lot of possibilities and gave me directions to care for my dog at home. Dr H. Wright called the next day personally to check on the progress and demonstrated care and true interest with the health and wellbeing of my dog. This clinic is head and tail above the clinic I took my dog from (that did not offer personal care and interaction with the pet owner) Thank you Apollo Animal Hospital staff and Dr. H. Wright.”

“It took quite a while to get in to Sun Valley Hope Hospital, and I had to give a deposit before they would schedule me, but it was worth the wait because the vet was phenomenal. She took the time to sit down in the floor and get to know my dog and was kind and gentle. My dog loved her. She put together a conservative treatment plan, and then her office called the next week to see how my dog was doing. I was very pleasantly surprised.”

A year later our elder dog was in medical crisis. Determined not to return to our failed vet, I called area vets with 4+ rating. - Sun City West was the only office willing to see her same day. Dr. Gifford and his team were an absolute Godsend. He was kind, patient and exactly what we needed in our time of need. Ultimately, we decided to help our Zoe go to heaven but the compassion and thoughtfulness shown to us made an extremely difficult and painful decision just a little more bearable, and for that we could never thank them enough.”

When I called West Olive animal Hospital, I know my situation and they squeezed us . Dr. John, Montana so super caring and made sure we understood everything. Their prices were ever very reasonable for being a last min appointment as well. We will definitely be only coming here. “We love this place so much. We have been going here for 6 years. We have 3/4 dogs go here and they have always take care of our fur babies. Two of our fur babies can be a handful and very protective of us but thankfully the staff is understanding and always works with us whenever we need to visit. Very good about getting patients in quickly. Whenever our dogs ate in their care they are always well taken care of whether it's being taken out to the dedicated grass field for the animals or lots of love/treats from the staff! The communication is great from the staff, they always call & text with updates in regards to our babies. Thank you 43rd Ave Animal Hospital for ALWAYS taking care of our pets and having great communication with us! Highly recommend!”

We had an emergency on a Saturday, life threatening for our dog and they got him immediately, they were all so kind and comforting and really saved his life! “Dr Julia is the best vet we have found in the entire time we've been in AZ (9+ years) Our pup Penny is extremely picky and has double hip dysplasia and doesn't like people near her hind legs. We went to DS to try a new treatment that our vet at the time was not able to try and Penny fell in love with her, to the point where when Dr. Julia walks in Penny lays down right away and usually rolls over on her back to get tummy rubs. We have since become full time clients and we board both our pups there. Brian is the best and loves our pups, both Penny and Winnie love seeing him and have crazy tail wags. (Posting some photos below of their most recent boarding) The front staff is always so helpful and welcoming. I would recommend DS to anyone looking for a new vet or boarding.”

“Seven years ago our Whitaker was hit with Coon Hound Paralysis. He lost the ability to control any muscle movement other than eye and tongue and thankfully his ability to breathe. Within 4 months of great vet care he had gross muscle movement but also significant atrophy. At the right time we found AVPR and Sonnet. The 6 months of learning and pushing Whitaker to balance, walk, turn, stand and eat on his own and the skills used by Sonnet made daily workouts natural and fit into every day. Whitaker is now an 11 year old mobile eating machine enjoying every day except for his time on the balance board. Some things don't change. Thank you for everything!”

“After several alarming symptoms that popped up over the weekend (of course!), I called first thing Monday morning. They got me in within an hour! The building is dated but it was spotless and clean inside. Benches for people and animals to sit on while waiting. The receptionist helped with the paperwork, the assistant was thorough in her explanation and Dr Mario was experienced and professional. The pricing seemed fair and was presented after the diagnosis so I could decide what I wanted to do to help my pet. I would definitely take him back again.”

“I couldn't be more thankful for this animal hospital! My cat boki went to the emergency room with a blockage and peoria animal hospital was able to take over the care of my cat after that. They gave me all of my options and truly made me feel like we were a team working toward the improved health of my pet! I've met all five doctors on previous visits and all are wonderful. “Very Clean & friendly folks inside... not very busy ( just the way I like it) There was a steady flow of customers... The staff was funny & made me laugh. My dog had a skin allergy & they were very attentive to my needs. They didn't push anything one way or another but they did give me several options ( I loved that) They explained the cost of everything before moving forward. I will definitely go back for care of my pet. Within a day my pets rash already looked better. Very easy to make an appointment over the phone. I was seen within a day.”

“We've switched all of our pets to these guys for the new year. I've been very happy with them. I do think it is a little on the pricey side BUT they don't immediately go to exploratory things. They start (if you're ok with) the conservative/cheaper route which I'm all for. That also had built my trust so if something is being recommended I don't second guess they are trying to intentionally do unnecessary things to get more money. I appreciate that! Everyone has always been great. On the phone super kind and responsive. In office they are fantastic and get to you on a timely manner. One of my dogs HATES with a burning passion to be at the vet. It's miserable. They have made it less of a dreadful day! At 180 pound 8.5 yr old Saint Bernard her being a stinker is extremely challenging when she weighs more than me!”
