“Everyone at Sunburst has been amazing since I started bringing my puppy there earlier this year. No complaints whatsoever, always a great visit.
This morning, my guy had to be rushed in due to anaphylactic shock (ant bites!) and the staff was incredible! I was so afraid that my sweet baby boy wasn’t going to make it, but they took such great care of him and I couldn’t be more thankful. We are clients for life! Everton says thank you, Sunburst!! ?”
“Sun valley hope it’s a great place to take your four legged family members. I first dealt with them when I had to take my 13yr old dog to be helped to go to rest asleep , the vet and staff gave me time to be with him while he fell asleep and even cried with me. They made a paw print for my family to remember him by. I just took my other 2 ,4 legged kids to get vaccinated and they called me 24 hours later just to check in on them to make sure they were doing fine after the vaccines. Sun valley hope hospital will be our place to go for all of our 4 legged kids needs. P.S. they are budget friendly and inexpensive as well as loving our 4 legged children.”

“I'll be honest finding a great vet is like searching for an honest mechanic, unfortunately for me it cost me my little love, my yorkie. I was desperate and in search for a second opinion as I was only given one option and that was to euthanize my love. I found this place where I had an appointment with Dr Julia Wiederholt and just by providing her some of his history and treatments in the last 45 days I got sooo much feed back and information that could have possibly prevented extreme damage to Barry's kidneys as he was going through kidney failure with no prior indication or noticeable signs of the damage as he wasn't showing any signs of discomfort. Although this visit did not change the outcome, she did provide a hydrating treatment in hopes to provide my doggie a bit of comfort as we waited for new blood work. If our family happens to open our hearts again I will be coming back❤️”

“I took my pet two weeks ago for having very bad allergies in between his feet and face honestly was very paranoid because they constantly open up of how much he would scratch.
Thankfully I called to this veterinary and called the same day and where able to see him the same day which honestly surprised me cause other places make you wait at least 2-3 days for an appointment. All of the staff was very friendly and very professional and took very good care of my dog.”

“Dr. Kim is what we hope to find in a vet..someone who is personable, knowledgeable, and listens to pet owners who are worried. What I never thought to find is a vet that LOVES CATS and does whatever is necessary to see that your fur babies will be taken care of at home...by you! On our first visit with Bootsy she crawled under a chair to give him his meds. Then my adult daughter and I joined her on the floor to learn how to give oral medication and eye drops. The next time we needed to give eye meds, we owned up to not being very good at it. She gave us even more training until both of us were able to show her we could do it. Success at home followed. I remember many years ago when teaching elementary school children, that teaching often required finding many different ways to present material so that everyone could understand. That's Dr. Kim. She takes the time to share her knowledge so that our cats get the best care possible. She personally owns many cats and does non-profit adoption. Over the past 8 months we have adopted two of her kitties. Having been well socialized, they transitioned very easily to living in our now 3 cat home. If you stop by her office you might be lucky to find some kitties available for adoption. We are so happy to have found Dr. Kim.”
“Seven years ago our Whitaker was hit with Coon Hound Paralysis. He lost the ability to control any muscle movement other than eye and tongue and thankfully his ability to breathe. Within 4 months of great vet care he had gross muscle movement but also significant atrophy. At the right time we found AVPR and Sonnet. The 6 months of learning and pushing Whitaker to balance, walk, turn, stand and eat on his own and the skills used by Sonnet made daily workouts natural and fit into every day. Whitaker is now an 11 year old mobile eating machine enjoying every day except for his time on the balance board. Some things don't change. Thank you for everything!”

“I travel to a bit to get to Acoma because they're the best. They really care about the pets, no matter how naughty they might be! All the staff is extremely knowledgeable. The front office is always friendly and helpful. And the doctors? I've never been more confident in my pets' care. I literally LOVE any doctor that I've seen there. Over the years my family has owned A LOT of dogs (usually 4+ at any given time), and after finding Acoma, I'll never go anywhere else. I'm always confident in their work and opinions.I hand my babies off to the techs without another thought, because they're always so good with them, even our snappers!”

“I really like Dr. Smith answered all my questions was great with my dog. She’s the only one I want to use when I go back-and-forth she made it a good experience.
The only thing I don’t understand is every time I go in prices always change nothings the same, but I guess having a vet that I feel comfortable with since Dr. Johnson left. I guess it’s worth a change in prices.”
