“Love my new kitchen & laundry room but there were hiccups along the way.Started working with one designer and after many, many months of planning and tweaking the design I go in one day and she is gone. Travis took over. He had lots of good insight and tips. The order went well. Things progressed as scheduled. Delivery was great. Everything was unboxed so I could examine each piece before it was moved into the house. Installation went smoothly. Greg did a beautiful job. He even had to build one special cabinet on-site. The finally day of installation I was not able to be in attendance & that’s when Hiccup #1 happened. When I returned home, although the installation was “done” some trim pieces were missing. This is also when I realized the upper kitchen cabinets only had one shelf. I assumed there would be two as all my life my kitchens had two shelves! I called Travis to schedule someone to come finish the trim and to order additional shelves (this is October).Next a guy came to measure for countertops. He too was prompt, efficient and appeared to do a good job. Then was the counter install. Hiccup #2. This is a quartz countertop, one of their most expensive options. The install guys were nice and did a good job but the seam where the two pieces were joined was in a very noticeable place. It still makes me frown every time I see it. (I realize the installers did not choose where the seam was located. Someone at Marfam, the fabricators, made that poor decision. In the future I will know to question where the seam will be.) Also, they could have done a better job caulking. It’s now November & I’m waiting to hear from Travis about the cost of the extra shelves and when someone is going to come finish the trim. Call the office. He doesn’t know yet. December rolls around. I call again. He’s waiting to hear back from the cabinet builders & he’ll get the trim fix scheduled right away. Meanwhile I can’t put things away in the kitchen because I need the shelves. A week or so later the shelves are ordered at last. The shelves arrive end of January /beginning of February. Hiccup #3 Shelf clips are included with the shelves but they are a different type. They are thicker than the others so the shelves are now too wide to fit. I call Travis to get different clips & to ask if anyone is ever going to come to fix the trim. Hiccup #4. Apparently there was a mixup and it never got on anyone’s schedule. I will say, it now got quickly scheduled. Today Junior came to finish the trim. He was a dream. Did everything I asked, was cheerful and even creative when figuring out a fix for one of the cabinets. In conclusion, the cabinets are beautiful, the countertop is beautiful (if you look past the poorly located seam), everyone was nice and easy to work with. I’d only say that the following through on some things was slow. After spending $45,000 I expected better.Would I use Diamond Kitchen & Bath again? Yes, I would. I’d just be on top of their follow through more.”
“We recently purchased our new home and the builder wanted $12,000.00 for laundry room cabinets. My wife went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath at 4010 N. Grand Ave. in Phoenix AZ for a price quote. Micah G. was our service representative who help us make all our difficult cabinet design choices. Micah is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and he helped us save thousands of dollars! The cabinets Micah designed for us are beautiful and match the builders’ cabinets throughout our home.My wife and I would like to say thank you to Micah for his assistance and being so patient answering all our questions.Calvin and Roxie B.”
“Very reasonable. The cashier was very nice and gave me a tire pressure gauge because I wasn't sure of the price so he threw it in with my purchase. Sometimes they have an item in abundance,i.e..flooring. other visits it might be swamp coolers.”
“Not crowded . The layout made it difficult to find things. The staff was friendly. They were out of one of the items I needed, but found an adequate substitution.”

“Gail in appliances made this outing the "Best it could be". We came in "dreading"appliance shopping. Gail came over and offered her assistance. She was amazing. We left within an hour with a kitchen full of appliances (gas stove/oven, refrigerator, above range microwave). The next day everything was installed and ready to go! Thanks Gail for wonderful, knowledgeable, professional assistance. Great Day!”

“This review is long overdue but well deserved. I stopped in looking for gardening supplies and had a hard time finding a few select items. I was approached by Bethany, who took a personal interest and walked me through the store heloing me Select the best possible choices for my garden project. She's a wonderful resource, and your store is lucky to have her. It is also beautifully staged in well stocked”
“As an avid “do-it-yourselfer”, I am at Home Depot a lot buying for all my home projects. I really like Home Depot. Although, in general, I often find this store to not be as well stocked as others. I occasionally have to go to another Home Depot to get the product(s) I need.”
“Walked for the first time and within seconds I was greeted by Dennis. He asked great questions and helped me find what I needed. He walked me tothe doors I was looking for, showed me all the colors and talked me through some differences. Super painless and got a great price! Great people there. Will be back”

“Was in the hardware isle today and normally these trips are eye gouging if I can’t build up the courage to ask for help. However today an employee named Mike walked right up to me as I was testing the size to a bolt I needed for a project at home. He helped me find the exact bolts I needed and even had a great substitute for an item since I took the last. I would like to thank you Mike. For your service for this country and for the help you provide at my local lowes! Former vet here as well and I love to see it!”

6880 W Bell Rd, Glendale“It's a fine Home Depot and the staff are friendly enough, just don't expect them to know anything about the department they oversee, such as anything about plumbing, electrical, etc, and rarely even what's in stock. The people stopping you to try and sell services often waste your time and add inconvenience as well. If you know what you need and know where to find it, you'll be fine though and the staff at checkout are very friendly.”
“Customer Service is amazing. Some times I have to admit finding someone in the aisles to assist you is difficult. I bought a refridgerator in the appliance deparment and they were super helpful and patient. I was able to order what I was looking for and the price was amazing. The only thing is it was expected to be delivered a few days afterwards then I got a communication from Home Depot that I was looking @ over a 1 month time to deliver. Aside from that the cashiers are always smiling and greet you with a "how are you today". I am glad Home Depot still has the human element in their stores while it feels like this is disappearing everywhere @ retail establishments.”

1489 N Dysart Rd, Avondale“I was at the Dysart Rd. Avondale location and I had five different employees ask me if I had questions or needed assistance. Very friendly and helpful!! The store was clean and organized. And I bought tons of plants because they were healthy and hearty. I love this location.”
“My wife and I went here today to buy a new washer and dryer set. Unlike other customers we knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in.
When we arrived at the appliance section, it was a ghost town with customers wandering and waiting for help.
We pushed the help button and after a few minutes an associate made her way through the store to the department. She had been helping other customers up front and had no one else in the store who could cover that department. (We learned this when another employee showed up and was unable to assist anyone in line without this particular associate's help).
Although the associate (Sylvia) was alone at the appliance desk, was flooded with customers and (from what we overheard from another associate) was supposed to be on her lunch break, she was exceptionally friendly, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about our appliances that we were purchasing (and the installation needs). Although she was constantly busy (and looked like she needed a break) Sylvia took the time (with a smile) to accommodate every customer around her.
Lowe's is lucky to have her as an employee... the store should have had other associates to help this woman out. Thus only 4 out of 5 stars.
10 stars for Sylvia !!!”

13760 W Bell Rd, Surprise“They had the chair cushions we were looking for, and they were on sale. This is not my normal Home Depot, but it was just flipped compared to the Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley store.”
“People are always helpful in what they're talking about and if they don't. They're not above themselves and they're willing to ask somebody that does good people.”
“Awesome hardware! Employee engagement was the best! Today I needed a specific irrigation nozzle and my local True Value hardware was out. I tried Ace but evidently they don’t stock this device. Decided to drive to Sun City True Value to check it out. From the minute I walked in the door there were people asking if they could help me find my item. I was immediately shown to the irrigation area and I told the person that I could find the item myself. A few minutes later an employee walked by the aisle, saw me, and asked if they could help. Again, I said no thanks. I found my item and while walking to checkout a third person asked if I found everything I needed. Checkout was polite and quick.
For normal hardware items this is the place to go. I am tired of the employees at the BIG Hardware Stores pretend they don’t see you as they walk by or just focus on whatever they are doing even if you are standing right beside them. I may go out of the way and go to the Sun City store even though I was happy with the one in my area. The people here really made a difference.”
