“Took my 07 acura in for a clutch job. Mike was very helpful on the process, and explained to me why upgrading to a single mass flywheel and aftermarket clutch would be beneficial since I do daily the car with the occasional autocross. 6 months later, clutch went out again. Found a faulty slave cylinder and he even got the clutch company to warranty my clutch! During the process, I'd check in. While looking around, him and his team even showed me some old hot rodding tricks to get my drag truck running better. “My car broke down on Christmas Eve, the day after Christmas we took it to a place close by that was unfriendly and were given a $4400 quote with little explanation. One of the items on the list was for brakes and we remembered having a good experience at this Brakes Plus in the past, so we took our car there for a 2nd opinion. They do way more than just fix brakes! The service guys were all so nice and explained the reasoning behind everything that we needed done. Between 4 tires at Discount and the repairs at Brake Plus, we were safely back on the road for $2200...half the price quoted at the first place!”

“We had an issue with a part that was supposed to fit my vehicle but didn't. Not the fault of Automotive Dynamics. I'm waiting for a response from the manufacturer. You called me right away with options and we went from there. The car was done when promised. The work was top notch and you never try to upsell or take advantage. You even showed me the old parts. Your prices are fair and I have no problem with sending family and friends to your shop. I did get another estimate for this work and yours was the lowest anyway. “Just picked up my car - no charge!!! An honest mechanic- highly recommend! I was told by another business that I needed back brakes when they were rotating tires & changing oil. I told them another day - thank God!! I brought my Kia Soul to Thunderbird & told them I needed back brakes - they checked them out as well as front brakes & topping/checking all fluids & called me to say brakes were still at 70% & no need to replace! Needless to say - I’m never going back to other business & Thunderbird will be my go-to mechanic going forward. “I'm not too shabby when it comes to working on Cars so I generally can sense when I'm being taken advantage of and that wasn't the case at all with these guys.They're definitely going to become my regular mechanic for the work I'm unable to do myself. Excellent Service and valiant honesty. Their Mechanics aren't commission-based so you don't have to worry about them running a bill up, they're also honest about what may need to be replaced in the near future but will tell you something should hold for a few more commutes.Great guys, great experience. “I bought a tire a month ago and it went flat on the freeway. Came in for replacement and was told that since I didn't purchase a specific warranty, which wasn't fully explained to me at purchase, I would have to pay full price for a new tire. Troy came to help me and found out that my valve stem had dislodged and was in the tire, leading to the flat tire. He helped to get me taken care of and back on my way in no time. “I received an oil change by the manager of this location who was extremely nice and helpful. Going above and beyond to help me in a time of need. Prices are high for an oil change now days. But everything is super expensive. At least here he does extra to help and is overly helpful when checking on issues with your vehicle. If he is unable to provide a service at his shop he will go out of his way to explain another location or suggest a full on mechanic. Pleasant attitude of overall transaction. When you get there you drive up and wait to be waved to the oil change area. You stay in your vehicle with air running the whole wait. When it’s your turn you drive your own vehicle out to the bay and they check your lights. Fluids. Batteries and tire pressures. Do your oil change super fast and ask questions to make sure they covered everything for you. Refreshing. Thank you Valvoline.”
“I purchased 4 tires online at the black Friday sale. The tires arrived promptly at my door. I then made an appointment with Walmart auto care to have them mounted at the Walmart purchase price. They were extra busy that day but everything went smoothly and worked out well. I'd definitely recommend them in store or online.”

“These guys are top notch. Prices are the best I have found, can't beat 50 dollar full synthetic oil change with tire rotatation and a full 50 plus inspection. I take my Fiance's car and my own here every oiled change. The last time I took my car there we had a miscommunication which delayed my pickup to the next day and they ended up covering all my costs for my oil change. It's just the kind of business they are. I won't take my car anywhere else.”
