“Took my 07 acura in for a clutch job. Mike was very helpful on the process, and explained to me why upgrading to a single mass flywheel and aftermarket clutch would be beneficial since I do daily the car with the occasional autocross. 6 months later, clutch went out again. Found a faulty slave cylinder and he even got the clutch company to warranty my clutch! During the process, I'd check in. While looking around, him and his team even showed me some old hot rodding tricks to get my drag truck running better. Hands down, one of the best shops in the country as far as transparency and honesty goes.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“My car broke down on Christmas Eve, the day after Christmas we took it to a place close by that was unfriendly and were given a $4400 quote with little explanation. One of the items on the list was for brakes and we remembered having a good experience at this Brakes Plus in the past, so we took our car there for a 2nd opinion. They do way more than just fix brakes! The service guys were all so nice and explained the reasoning behind everything that we needed done. Between 4 tires at Discount and the repairs at Brake Plus, we were safely back on the road for $2200...half the price quoted at the first place!”

“Just picked up my car - no charge!!! An honest mechanic- highly recommend! I was told by another business that I needed back brakes when they were rotating tires & changing oil. I told them another day - thank God!! I brought my Kia Soul to Thunderbird & told them I needed back brakes - they checked them out as well as front brakes & topping/checking all fluids & called me to say brakes were still at 70% & no need to replace! Needless to say - I’m never going back to other business & Thunderbird will be my go-to mechanic going forward. I take my Fiance's car and my own here every oiled change. The last time I took my car there we had a miscommunication which delayed my pickup to the next day and they ended up covering all my costs for my oil change. It's just the kind of business they are.
