Although my father passed away in 2015, my mother continues to enjoy independent living at age 98. The accommodations are first class, the amenities are many, and the staff is professional and attentive. There are so many opportunities for residents to get involved, socialize, and be entertained. The campus was recently renovated and continues to provide everything that my mother needs. And if the time comes, the assisted and full care units are right next door and will supply more professional and personal care for mom.”

“We went in with my mother-in-law to get help with setting up on line access for her. We had to set up an appointment and then come back. Came back at appointment. Spent over a half hour and thought everything was set up. We waited the 24 hours to let the changes take effect as we were told. Went to use the account and it didn't work. Called the help number and they said they could not help and that we we would have to go back to the bank to have them fix it. Just one big frustrating mess with people that have no idea of how use their own systems to help you. As a follow up, we have been back to the bank and the folks there are very friendly and helpful. I am just frustrated by the difficult processes and procedures that B of A has.”
“I frequent several PNC locations in the west valley and this particular location is by far the best. They are always faster than the other locations at handling the “walk up” transactions with the tellers, and their personal bankers and managers are always with a customer. They just seem to value people’s time and understand that they have other things they need to get to as well. Joseph at this location always helps me with deposits and he’s super fast and very professional and friendly.”
