We went in with my mother-in-law to get help with setting up on line access for her. We had to set up an appointment and then come back. Came back at appointment. Spent over a half hour and thought everything was set up. We waited the 24 hours to let the changes take effect as we were told. Went to use the account and it didn't work. Called the help number and they said they could not help and that we we would have to go back to the bank to have them fix it. Just one big frustrating mess with people that have no idea of how use their own systems to help you. As a follow up, we have been back to the bank and the folks there are very friendly and helpful. I am just frustrated by the difficult processes and procedures that B of A has.

The individuals at the bank were very friendly albeit slow. I received a call from the home office and the woman I spoke with was VERY rude. There is no reason to treat a customer that way. If you are thinking about using BOA be forewarned.

After a bank employee made a mistake on an account withdrawal by taking out in excess of 10% of my requested amount, I wrote a review to BOA as they requested. As a follow up, the manager, Hector, called me with temerity to suggest that somehow I was at fault for their mistake. He manipulated the conversation so I could barely get a word in and hung up on me before I was done speaking my mind. If this is their idea of customer service, I suggest you go elsewhere. I plan on withdrawing additional money at a different BOA location in the future. When it comes to customer service, the manager's job is to placate the customer, not get confrontational. I have never been treated with this level of disrespect by any other financial institution.

Didn't go to the drive thru. Had an appointment to open an account there so I can close my Wells Fargo account next month. I used to be with Bank of America since 1993 and now I want to go back.

Long lines..one .teller... They want you to use mobile banking or the outside ATM. Very little personal service if you actually made it. But in my opinion with 40 years of Bank of America it's always like that. It really doesn't impact me most the time because I use either the ATM or my phone to make deposits or go to another bank where I have an account.or have an account . It's easy to transfer money fromoneonebank acct to another

Time goes by fast just counting custom golf carts and watching the elderly bump their vehicles on to the cement parking stops. Quiet, relaxing city with a near by Arby's.
