Worst customer service, employees are very rude and very disrespectful when you ask them questions they don’t even bother to look at you and answer they just try to ignore you and walk away and if anything they would tell you to call customer service or order online. THIS STORE SHOULD HAVE NEW STAFF

Literally, the absolute worst company to deal with in regards to returns. My order took 10 days to reach me and they include that in your return time so they don’t give you a full 30 days. The customer service rep was so incredibly rude. He hung up on me before my conversation was over. Horrible company do not shop.

Such a long process for a section that wasn’t very busy. The cashier complained about being a cashier while ringing up someone in front of me and during my transaction as well it took 10 mins for 5 kids items.
