“I have been shopping at these stores (I've visited the Sedona, Flagstaff, and Scottsdale locations) for the past 4 years and have a very large collection of their items. I find the quality of these items across all stores to be amazing as long as you know how to take care of them correctly (ie. Delicate cycle, line dry). None of my items have shrunk, faded, or torn.The photos show only a small amount of items I own and my most recent purchase. Yes they are pricey but they are good quality and have held up over multiple washes. If you love light, flowey, and boho style this is definitely the store for you. Every piece of clothing is a little different on material thickness. I have some pants that are very thin but with the pattern on them nothing is noticeable and I have some pants that are very thick. They also recycle their own material. So anything not sold they will cut up and remake into a new piece of clothing (ie. Pants into a shirt). Love every location I have been too and every sale rep has been very kind and helpful.”

“What a nice Lady in here! Not sure if she's the Manager, Owner or employee but she was very nice and helpful. I was browsing and found a cute dress that I really liked however it was a little out of my budget (almost$300) but there's some really nice pieces in here. This store has unique clothing and most are out of my preference but that dress and a few other items were lovely. There's free 3hr parking in the front of the store. Easy to find location and in a great location I might add. A great place to shop for gifts for Mom grandma nannys or friends. There's some hip and vibrant pieces here.”

“Wow, I would have never expected Nordstrom to compete with Old Navy in price (underwear). Because I didn’t bring enough underwear for my trip here to Phoenix from San Francisco, I went to my Hampton Hotel neighboring Old Navy to buy a pair. After going to Old Navy next door only to find sucky underwear wear that a poor “plan of attack” by the manager and employees [?saved me?] from buying, I went here willing to spend extra to correct my underpacking mistake before my drive home tomorrow. I was surprised at the competitive price for a PACKAGED 3-pack - AND IN MY SIZE! It turns out that that’s the most comfortable underwear ever. I wore 1 for my long drive home and the other 2 the following days which each had formal dressing events. My Phoenix souvenir was just great comfortable underwear that I can buy at my local Nordstrom Rack closer to home. I do say the service was better than but still somewhat status quo, thus not so memorable for an out-of-town shopping experience.”

“I can not thank Nicole enough! I purchased the most amazing pair of jeans when I was in town on vacation only to get home and discover the sensor was still on. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any stores back home that would remove the sensor. She promptly sent me a return label and removed the sensor and then sent me the jeans back with a few lovely treats. I will definitely be back to shop when I return to Scottsdale in the fall.”

“We had an extensive budget for my attorney husband and finally we found something suitable for him. After shopping at Travis Matthew for casual looks, we tried Nordstrom (my go to). I was very surprised at their lack of salesmanship and lack of knowledge. Hugo BOSS at Scottsdale Fashion Square mall pulled through for us, and tailored the suit to perfection! Was the $200 (or was it $400?) white collared shirt worth it? Probably not. But the experience, knowledge, and simplification the stylist had contributed was! We walked out happy, and the tailoring was prompt. Totally worth it, we are now frequent shoppers.”
