On multiple times when trying to either close accounts or transfer funds it has required an appointment..and when calling appointments are hard to come by.I am planning on closing accounts and moving to a different bank.

The statf at the branchwas great to deal with. The Wells Fargo banking system is messed though. Very disappointed with how to get basic services.
