“Professional, subject matter experts, friendly, helpful. The best bank our business has ever used in 20 years of business. Although they are relatively new to the Arizona market they will do very well here with small and medium-sized businesses like ours. Karla, Sarah, and Randy are the three primary people we deal with on our account. Although the branch does not have a drive-thru, I can't recall having to wait more than 5 minutes for help with deposits, cashier's checks, and any other frequent transactions. Highly recommended.”

“I have just recently become a new customer at BMO Harris Bank at 21911 N, Scottsdale Road where I've invested a large sum of money in their 12 - month CD which, in mid-January 2023, is earning a robust 4.5%. The branch manager, Carl Spencer, displayed a level of customer service that I thought to be lost to the ravages of the post-Covid 20-something crowd. Carl is a mature straight shooter with decades of banking experience who will go to great lengths to ensure your personal happiness. “I find Bank 34 to be very friendly and eager to "earn" my business. I am not a wealthy customer, but you might think I am by the treatment I get. I am always greeted by name and with a smile. But the real reason I bank with them is their generous rates paid on my accounts, (isn't that what really matters). I have visited all three of their locations and find them to be quite comfortable and the one in Las Cruces, N.M. is borderline opulent. After a 10 year friendship with Bank 34 they are my "go to bank" for all my financial needs. Thanks Bank 34, for all you do for me.”

“I am not sure why there are some negative reviews as to the customer service, but my experience couldn't have been better!The moment I walked in the door, Ann greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help me. After explaining what I needed, she then referred me to Genevieve. In the meantime, Ann and I had a wonderful conversation! Then Genevieve proceeded to help me with a complicated situation, which could have potentially been extremely stressful, except that she was so kind, compassionate, and professional, that I couldn't have had a better experience!On a sidenote, Desert Financial, could you please award your employees annually, instead of bi-annually? When I asked her about her Lucite numeral 1, Genevieve explained to me that she had actually been there two years, and was close to getting her three year award, which will be a Lucite 3. I didn't understand, where was the 2? I was told they are only given out every two years. Are you flipping kidding me? Come on Desert Financial, award your excellent employees annually! I would personally pay for a 2 for Genevieve, and if it comes down to 4 years, I will gladly pay for that one! People like Genevieve and Ann, and I'm sure there are others, are why I didn't close my accounts and leave Desert Financial!”
