“This review is worth reading.This hotel was incredibly clean, new, and comfortable. But apart from all of that, the staff as a whole were the absolute best.My mom and dad were vacationing here by themselves when my dad suddenly died of a heart attack. My brothers and I flew out that day and arrived in the evening. The staff were so cordial and showed just basic human decency. They got us a room right beside our mom, they sent flowers and a signed card. They gave us water and snacks and so much more. I can’t recommend this hotel any more. They have been so gracious and have been a blessing to our family in this time of suffering.”

“I was only in for a few hours to shower and sleep as I was traveling and I couldn't be more pleased. The rooms are modern and beautifully furnished. The staff is really friendly. And I loved the amenities even though I wasn't able to partake in most. I definitely recommend staying here when you're in town.”
“Rooms: Rooms are lovely either good light and balconies. Bathroom cabinetry could use an updating. LOVE that fact that there is a nightlight in the bathroom. Beds very comfortable and good AC.
Walkability: Lovely community with lots of places to walk and enjoy seeing the beautiful homes, flora, fauna and landscape.
Food and drinks: GREAT MORNING COFFEE!!! Very important for those who enjoy/need those first few cups of Java to start the day! Great buffet and overall breakfast menu a 10! Incredible fruits so fresh and delicious!
Lincoln Steakhouse is a solid good! Nice ambiance, great wait staff.
Rita’s is missing the mark for lunch and dinner. Ambiance flat, noisy unless you’re outside where tables seem to have little rhyme and rhythm.”

1:the rooms are clean I checked under the mattresses , in the fridge, in the pantries, etc to check for bed bugs and other gross stuff before I did anything and it’s all good there in my room
2: the service is PHENOMENAL I got drunk and inevitably got impatient waiting for a desk attendee at 11:00pm when there was a sign saying they stepped away for a minute, so I called and waited for someone to come to the phone and they did!! I hung up and asked what I needed to lol. But then they called my number back and apologized for missing my call lol , never had that happen before so I am very impressed.
3: the location is 10 minutes from a Walmart, 2 minutes from the highway, right next to downtown, and near all of golf courses and other fun things to do
4: MY PERSONAL REVIEW: great place plain and simple highly suggested if I’m in phoenix area again I’ll stay here no matter what, bc I don’t trust most hotels!!! Man’s name was Cedric, he’s a good guy and def deserves a raise!”
“Beautiful resort experience that makes you feel like you're in a different world! I was here for a week for a conference and every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly service-oriented. It was clear they go above and beyond to make your stay a positive experience. Also had a chance to try several onsite restaurants including Ironwood American Kitchen for lunch and Bourbon Steak for dinner and drinks. Be ready for $$ but worth it, if you're looking to treat yourself.”

“Every detail to this inn made our stay so comforting and feel like a vacation. The tiles and the salt water roof top pool - to the on site restaurant with twinkle lights during the evening. The calmest of the blue tile fountains& flowers. This place is beautiful & near no many great little restaurants and bars. We loved Jojos for breakfast. Along with the tea & coffee available in our room. And the robe and slippers. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you.
Rooms: The room we stayed in was the “garden room” with a garden access and in its own litttle quite corner. My boyfriend and I woke up everyday of our 5 day stay and talked about how much we loved this space.
Safety: Extremely safe and center of the neighborhood near quick eats/bars/museums
Walkability: Beautiful walking through Old Town Scottsdale.
Noteworthy details: The coffee/tea/water access along with access to refills during the entire stay.”
“Very large rentals. Clean and up to date decor. Service was wonderful, we requested extra towels and they delivered rapidly and politely. Also we needed to park a trailer and they found accommodations for us.
Rooms: Bathroom has 2 doors that lead to bedroom and livingroom. Separate shower and tub areas. Large bathroom with vanity and kitchenette has all you need just like your own home. They even have a fireplace and your own private patio.”

The hotel was beautiful and clean. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Especially Ashley Bonner who made sure that our accommodations exceeded our expectations. We had the most memorable time and we are looking forward to planning our next stay in the very near future!

“My husband and I stayed at the Canyon Suites for our anniversary and had a wonderful stay. We loved the boutique feel of the Canyon Suites but the easy access to all of the Phoenician amenities. The property has everything you could need but is also very close to Old Town Scottsdale if you want to venture out.
The service at Canyon Suites is exceptional and the people made our trip so memorable. Special shoutout to Roger and Kale in the lobby and Martin and Enrique (Nico) at the Canyon Suites pool. We enjoyed talking to all of them and like we had known them for years after just a long weekend stay.
The food was great, always fast, and many options on property. I am gluten free and everywhere we went was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to avoid any gluten.
The Canyon Suites is our new favorite place and we will definitely be back!”

“So we got here just as the renovation construction was winding down. We stayed for the weekend. However, their main restaurants and main bar weren’t due to be open until the following Tuesday. The $150 million dollar renovation is top shelf. More open airy, nicer rooms and furniture etc. I hope to visit to enjoy it more next year. You should check it out.”

“It is a popular area for the young party crowd, so it makes it a little on the noisy side. Running the fan all night helped to provide enough white noise to drown out any sleep disruption. No USB plug-ins that I could see in the rooms.
Rooms: Rooms and beds are very comfortable and the decor is updated. Shower is a really nice walk-in. The bathroom door is louvered, so if you're shy or expecting a quiet bathroom experience, it's not gonna happen.
Nearby activities: It is noisy for the party crowd, nightclub next door. There is the canal which is nice to stroll around. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.
Walkability: You can walk all over the place, safe and very pretty.
Food & drinks: Tapas Papa Frita, amazing Spanish food and divine experience. You can't beat the quality of this restauant, service and food are outstanding.
Noteworthy details: Lots of places within walking distance for dining and things to do nearby. Western Spirit Musuem, Butterfly Wonderland, etc.”

“I stayed at the Adero as part of a work retreat. Having read some of these reviews, I had low expectations. They were mostly exceeded.The room comfort was excellent -- the bed was the most comfortable Marriott bed I've experienced in several years. Cleanliness was top-notch and the air conditioning went as low as I wanted it to go. Yes, my "Mountain View" room did technically have a view of the parking lot, but that didn't bother me too much.The first night we had food from the regular Cielo menu; that was great. However the last day I ordered room service and it was unfortunately the least appealing avocado toast I've eaten. Staff were all friendly and working very hard to accommodate our group of 100+. I think they could have staffed the Cielo bar up knowing that.Im not a pool and sun and golf person, so I doubt I'd come back on my own. The views are spectacular, though.My most important takeaway is to make sure you bring everything you need along, because there is nothing else nearby. There is a small gift shop and market but it closes at 6.”

“As someone who has stayed in roughly 1000 hotels in the past ten years I consider Hilton, overall, to be bringing up the rear, at least with regard to Marriott and IHG, with regard to what it expects from its franchisees, and this manifests in a myriad of ways. However, I was pleased with this hotel and its customer service. For example, Sales Manager Abigail went above-and-beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Additionally, the energy from the housekeeping supervisor somewhat new to this hotel from a property in Las Vegas (I did not catch her name) also was nice. This hotel is very efficient with regard to access from the freeway but it is not RIGHT ON TOP of the freeway so that you hear the freeway overwhelmingly, and the hotel grounds also are pleasant.”
