It's not a large place but the inventory is large and varied. And you'll also love the clothes: unique items with style, flavor and fun. I spent hours there today and was attentended to by Lisa, the owner. Her help was the perfect blend of help and ideas. Not pushy. “I have been shopping at these stores (I've visited the Sedona, Flagstaff, and Scottsdale locations) for the past 4 years and have a very large collection of their items. I find the quality of these items across all stores to be amazing as long as you know how to take care of them correctly (ie. Delicate cycle, line dry). None of my items have shrunk, faded, or torn.The photos show only a small amount of items I own and my most recent purchase. Yes they are pricey but they are good quality and have held up over multiple washes. If you love light, flowey, and boho style this is definitely the store for you. Every piece of clothing is a little different on material thickness. I have some pants that are very thin but with the pattern on them nothing is noticeable and I have some pants that are very thick. They also recycle their own material. So anything not sold they will cut up and remake into a new piece of clothing (ie. Pants into a shirt). Love every location I have been too and every sale rep has been very kind and helpful.”

“Larissa Gauntt was my initial contact at Vince Scottsdale Quarter and I knew at that moment I would have good old fashion great customer service! I was looking for an early Christmas gift with unexpected cold rainy weather forecast in sunny Arizona. I needed a coat and she was able to help me find the exact one I wanted even though it was not showing available online. I went to the store to make sure it was the right coat as I could not see it online. It was and we ordered it to be delivered to our home. Fast forward to countless calls to FedEx and Vince regarding my coat showing my purchase delivered when in fact it had not been. I called Larissa and she worked swiftly to get a new coat sent to me! The customer service I received was remarkable given the current level of “oh well” that seems to be the norm and acceptable. I was a long time customer of Vince and now will be a lifetime customer.”

“What can I say, I needed pants; they had pants. This store features some of the exact same items you see online, with the added convenience of being able to try them on. The men's selection is restricted to only about 20% of the store. Staff were very nice and helpful.”
