The store's employee who helped me was determined to locate my order and at the same time also help her coworkers and answer their questions (she did mention that they were short staffed) Eventually she found my package. Very impressed with how she handled everything,”

They don’t carry a lot of items from the website but they order them for ya and arrive really quick and the exchanges/returns are easy and don’t feel like I’m being punished for not having had the chance to try something out at the store. “I saw the Dickies logo on their window. I wasn't looking to buy some that day but decided to check it out anyway. I'm a large guy, so finding clothes my size can sometimes be a challenge. I either have to pay more for less or settle for what I can find in the store. I was very surprised & pleased to find pants in my size along with shirts, shoes & baseball caps. It kinda took me back in time when me & my homies would go to the mall to find stuff. I started with a cool pair of Locs, some Dickies & thought about some Chuck Taylors or Tshirts but I knew my wife would get on my case for spending too much! I was happy with my purchase & definitely plan on returning asap(don't tell my ol' lady).”

“This place would be a 10 out 10 if the star score was that high. Bought my son a skate board built from the board up. They have boards for any budget. That have cloths and shoes for any budget, boards parts that you need as well as board tools. If you don't know and your looking for skate gear for some one this in my opinion is a top selection. The staff were very helpful and I've gone back a couple times already. They were just as friendly and helpful as the first time I've gone.”
“Would’ve rated this place 5 stars if the female employee at the door wasn’t so rude & impatient. She didn’t greet or even acknowledge me. When I asked her if I could have some assistance from someone she said in these exact words “ I’m not required to help you, that’s not my area.” & when asked if she could find somebody for me she said “ I’m actually about to be off the clock here in a few minutes, I’ll find someone that can help you.” & never did anybody approach me until I walked up to the register. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because Tommy Hilfiger is one of my most favorite brands, & they never disappoint when it comes to their clothes. Will keep shopping here but I’ll avoid that lady I spoke to.”

“It had been sometime since I visited an Old Navy and decided to pop in while in Tempe Marketplace. Since that initial visit a year or two ago, I love to pop in for various basics and affordable trendier pieces. I was super impressed with their selection and wondered why I hadn't been in sooner! They had great options from basics to more in style pieces, at a fraction of many of the other box stores. I also love they have multiple cuts and styles in the same patterns, making it easy to find something for everyone. Their jeans have been quite impressive and extremely comfortable and flattering for. They also have a great athletic line, though I don't have many of their pieces. Lastly, their kids line is also great and always hits the mark when I'm looking for a gifts or items for the kids in my life. Overall, I feel like I make out really well and don't feel too upset if something gets ruined or only lasts a few seasons, though I have found most things have held up well. Staff is always friendly and returns are a breeze when necessary!”
