Well I was going to switch banks to Chase, but given that it's been weeks and no one has returned my calls, nor has the Assistant VP of this branch replied to my email, I've decided to move on. SMH

I've been using this Chase Bank for 4 years. Johana Bettencourt has always been very helpful. The tellers are always friendly and professional. I don't use the outside machine very much and when I have it has worked. I usually go into the bank during business hours for deposits.
