Best personnel I have met in a long time: professional, friendly, kind, and concerned. Far different from the incompetency of USBank and the attitude of Wells Fargo personnel, especially middle managements. They broke their own rule a bit and provided me with what I needed: customer before and above going-by-the book....

This Scottsdale Main location for Chase fits well in Old Town Scottsdale. I understand the building was actually located somewhere else and moved to this location. The bank employees have always been friendly and helpful. There plenty of free parking, a walk up ATM on the main building and drive up ATM located in the parking...
