They offered to take a look at the car the same day to diagnose the issue. After going over the issue with me they provided a very fair and transparent quote. They completed the work in the next couple days so fast. Throughout the process they stayed in good communication about the progress. “This service was for oil change only. Made appointment online, but received a call from Airpark asking me to change the date. I obliged, and set the date for an early appointment so I could wait. I arrived early, and they started work. Finished in a little over an hour, as estimated. Friendly owners and staff. Prices are comparable to other shops (not dealers), but we typically receive a discount coupon. Quality of work seems good. I have never had to return because of oil on my garage floor, and I never have to add oil between changes which are typically at least a year apart.”

“I had just gotten a nail in my tire and was calling around frantically trying to find someone who could fix it. I found Big Brand and they were able to get me in ASAP. They fixed my tire for free and sent me on my way! Kody and Paul were so kind and straight up with me which I appreciate in a business. “Chapman Jeep 5 minutes down the road quoted me $2,500+ for a rear main seal, transmission pan seal, and more marked "URGENT!!!".... Marshalls took 3 hours to look it over and explained to me that it was only a minor rear main seal leak and that it was effectively benign.
Recommended I keep an eye on it and to save my money... Unbelievable Chapman would stoop that low for a buck... and I'm so thankful for Marshalls!
Needless to say, Marshalls is my new mechanic, and a mechanic I can trust!!! Highly recommend”

“This is THE SHOP to have work done. Jessie called to make sure of the work requested, gave amount the bill would be before doing the work, and finished the work in reasonable time. The results were NOTICEABLE. Clean property, shop & office area. Guys here are informative, professional, personable & courteous. Finally I found a GO TO shop without dealing with clowns, ignorant kids trying to squeeze $$$ out of me for unnecessary work. This place is a GEM compared to a few others I've tried. YOU will be extremely satisfied when you do business with WHITEYS....GUARANTEED. These guys are Experienced, Well Trained and Common Sense Intelligent. I already made 2nd appt. for additional work. Make an Intelligent decision and go to Whiteys, AND support a private business!!!! They take pride in their work. 6/4/24 oil change & filter done as well as inspection of critical parts & condition. These guys are knowledgeable, patient and "vehicle care" observant. You get way more for your money at Whiteys, very competent and thorough.”
