“AMAZING SERVICE! Best service I have ever gotten from any Autobody repair place! Luis, the front desk guy is very understanding, personal, and really cares about his customers. They were very understanding of my financial situation and made the price as reasonable as they could. They also gave me a rental car for free! I have never had anyone ever offer that! They got the bumper replaced and done within the day too! Which is unheard of at Autobody repair places! The job was well done, high quality too! AMAZING SERVICE! 1000% recommend this place!!!”

Mike has helped me out in a pinch more than once and his guys are extremely knowledgeable. They have given me solid advice on mods and saved me headaches and $$$ from making mistakes and cheaping out on inferior parts. VO was highly recommended to me a few years ago from other auto places in the Airpark. I'm thankful I found a solid 4x4 shop that i can trust.”

“My wonderful wife wasn’t paying close enough attention when she was backing up into our parking space and encountered a steel post, which was not intimidated by her skill. Damage to the rear quarter panel was not big but needed repair.
Caliber auto repair is nearby and I stopped for an estimate. They scheduled me to bring the car in for repairs. Everything went smoothly and I was informed by text where my car was the entire time.
I received a text when it was ready and Caliber sent someone to pick me up. Almost too easy. I would recommend them for excellent customer care. My car looks great too!”
“I cannot recommend Fix Auto enough. Obviously getting your car fixed through insurance can be frustrating…this team went ABOVE AND BEYOND in every single way. From contacting my insurance on my behalf to take some of the stress off of me, organizing a windshield replacement through a third party, and helping with pick-up and drop-off of my vehicle while out of town for a family emergency…I was made to feel like a close friend and not just another “run of the mill” customer. “Our minivan battery died with both of our little kids in tow. We jumped it and brought it straight to this location. Joe made sure we knew battery options and we purchased it. He installed it quickly for us which was much appreciated since we had our two little girls roaming around during the whole process. We tried to give him a tip at the end but he was kind enough to have us keep it since we had a young family and had just spent money on the battery. “Steve was great to work with... he's a real car guy and cares that the customer is satisfied. He gladly accommodated several of my requests and even popped in a new battery because mine died while they had it. He makes appropriate recommendations and listens to you as a customer as to what your ultimate wants are. I ended up having my whole car repainted due to the fact that there was damage in three different spots around the car and he knew I would not be happy if the paint was not a good match, and educated me on the process. Very reasonable pricing and he's a good communicator. Definitely would go back!”

“This is my first yelp review but I have to give a shout out to the O'Reilly's on Scottsdale Rd and Gold Dust. A few weeks ago I was driving on the 101 in my mustang when the rear-view mirror fell out of its socket. I was afraid to drive so I stopped here to get a temporary stick up mirror until I could get to the Ford shop. The first person to help me came out to look at my car and see what I needed. He then referred me to a second employee-a young man , I believe his name was Connor- who came out and in the 108° heat spent a long time in an awkward position managing to put my rearview mirror back into place and secure it. And there was no charge! I was so grateful! I stopped by this particular shop because they had helped my daughter with an earlier problem. If you have any issues with your car or any questions, I recommend you stop at O'Reilly's first!”

“I have a 2020 Ford Ranger 4x4 that was repaired here needing a lot of suspension replacement. I've had zero issues and it's been three weeks and I've taken it to several ranches for work and hundreds of miles of dirt roads and loaded the bed with gravel. Jesse was great to work with and his technicians are very skilled and know what they are doing. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone, and in fact I already have. It's especially hard to find good repair shops these days and I lucked out with these guys. You will not be disappointed!
