“My daughter is moving in to Optima. They have been extremely helpful and patient. Cindy is and has been fantastic and is honest and knows how to ask for help. Her colleague, Heather was great and and as soon as she saw we needed help, she did not even need to be asked. That is a function of the leadership in that office. That leader is Lauren. Lauren is extremely emotionally intelligent and knows exactly when her team needs help and steps in with the right amount direction.”
“This apartment complex has been great so far. It's modern and updated. No visual noise. The only issue is they didn't really clean very well (or at all) when they had the last people move out. The pool & jacuzzi is nice. 24 hour gym with stair master and free weights and smith machine. It's small but does the job. Close to the park and food places. No park in the complex but they have dog areas. I don't like that the garage is so far away and you don't get a covered spot if you get a garage. It's a very quiet peaceful community.”

“One thing that I really love about hideaway is the maintenance! They are always very quick about it and have amazing people working for them. Hunter, one of their maintenance workers specifically did a great job with fixing my leaking sink and even replaced my batteries on the front door when I didn’t even notice they needed it. Great service!”
“The young lady was wonderful. She showed my a few different apartments and was really good at her job. As for the building apartments they looked tired. The pantry had thick painted shelves and the barn door flew up when i went to slide it. The Unit with all floors shoes better than the one with the carpet. I felt cramped in the apartments”

“I’ve been living at this apartment complex for almost a year, and it has been an excellent experience. The management and team is top-notch, always friendly and responsive. The complex is clean and well-maintained, with a beautifully green and inviting environment, and the most important it hidden from Thomas road and you will never find any strangers inside comunity. The apartments themselves are spacious with great layouts, and the amenities are fantastic. The swimming pools are always clean, the jacuzzi is amazing, and the gym is well-equipped. Plus, there are regular events for residents that really build a sense of community. Highly recommended!”
“I have always preferred living in Tatum Place Apartments mainly because of its prime location and quick maintenance.The new management is incredible adding icing on the cake.Amy as the property manager is very helpful and friendly.Rhonda is the best asset manager I have ever dealt with.She is a warm, welcoming and an excellent person.They worked diligently to get my apartment ready to match my moving timeline.Phil is always quick and helpful with the maintenance.The apartments are beautiful, the pools are perfect and the community is safe and friendly.Tatum Place is a hidden gem.”
“We toured this morning and looked at their model and absolutely loved it! The complex was clean and the staff were friendly and nice. We’re looking to move in July, and we look forward to applying to this place and hopefully living there. It definitely seemed more homey and looked more like a home than an apartment which is a plus. Our daughter loved it as well! If we’re able to snag an opening I would update on the move-in process and how everything will be throughout our stay! 5/5 ❤️”

“Peaceful quiet apartments. Landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance is responsive and friendly. Staff and management are super helpful and kind. Gym is small so I joined Mountainside Fitness right next store. Very convenient. Spent a quality 2 years at Casa Santa Fe, and I am grateful for their services.
I was disappointed they removed recycling services. I understand it was because they were constantly being fined by Waste Management for recycling contamination. People must take greater responsibility to recycle properly. It is key for the well-being of our ecosystem and our economy. ??”

“The Halston is a beautiful place to live and extremely clean and safe.However, if you any issues that need to be resolved, deal directly with the Manager who is very helpful.The front desk person, Angel won't help at all but will talk over you as well as have an attitude.”
“Honestly probably the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.
The property is kept spotless, the staff is friendly and understanding, and the community as a whole is great.
You definitely get what you pay for here.
Lived in a 2 bed/2 bath and (almost) never had a bad day here.
The parking situation definitely takes some adjusting to, between guests, or having multiple cars in your household, but if you get a garage it's pretty manageable.
Guest parking is limited, so having your friends plan ahead by carpooling or ubering helps a ton.
Maintenance team always responded within 24hrs for emergencies, and 48hrs for routine tickets so no complaints there.
This community is very pet friendly, and there is a nice path around the outside of the community for daily walks.

“We have lived here for 5 years. Recently moved from 1 brm into a 2 brm. The transition was smooth. Dont care for the added fees. The property is nice. The landscaping is kept up. The pools and social areas are kept clean. Manny in maintenance is exceptional.Office staff is pleasant and accommodating. Glad Ashley is back ??”

“I lived at Scottsdale Serrento for 8 years split between two appartments. The first was a nice and nice sized one bedroom on the second floor. The second was a 2 bedrom on the ground floor.This was an overall great place to live. The staff was nice, the grounds were generally well cared for, and the apartments were comfortable. The prices didn't get quite so bad but the "fair market price" excuse wore thin as the rental market is rife with price gouging. While not immune Scottsdale Serrento was much better than most. The access to Scottsdale's Civic Center, Old Town and Entertainment District including Scottsdale Fashion Square is also a huge asset combined with being removed enough to be in a generally quiet location.There were a few minor sticking points during the eight years I was there however it still remains the longest location that I have lived anywhere in my over 4 decades of life -- that speaks to my feelings about the place.Perfect? Nope. Haven't found anyplace I could say that about. However they were good enough to get a 4 out of 5 stars. Worth moving into.”

“The Moderne is an underrated gem in the city! With great walkability (especially to the mall), stunning mountain views, and the convenience of underground parking, it's hard to beat. While there have been several management shifts over the years, Tommy Torres, the current manager, is a standout. He truly cares about the community, always making sure residents are heard and their needs are met. Thanks for making The Moderne an even greater place to call home!”
“I came to look at these apartments in Sept 2020. Natasha showed me 2 apts. Both her and Valerie took a chance on me without any rental history in over 10 years. I am very grateful to both of them. The apartments are kept up great and when u let them know u need something they put in a work order and all of stuff has been taken care of within a day. These apartments are great.
