“As I begin my journey onto ASU, I had a great experience getting my Pitchfork ID. I really wanted to highlight the staff but specifically Sal Amezquita. He made the experience easy and comforting and really knew how to take matters into his own hands to help. He was great in making family feel comfortable and was always willing to help even for miniscule questions. He goes above and beyond, I really recommend him. (He also speaks Spanish which is a huge plus.)”

“I had a my identity stolen and had spent 4 hours dealing with the terrible BofA phone system and 14 people who said they would help and did nothing.I called this branch and spoke to Ruben who invited me in, got me to the right department and someone who said they could handle. This had nothing to do with this branch but Ruben helped to solve the issue and was very professional and helpful.You’re in good hands with Ruben if you do business at this location.”
“I became a new member of B of A today. Dominique had me in, everything signed up & explained thoroughly, and out in approximately 15 minutes. I've set bank accounts up else where that have taken 45+ minutes, so he was VERY quick! He is also very professional, personable and very likeable with a good heart and sense of humor. Dominique is an asset to this branch and I was lucky to have had him set me up today.
I came back later to put money into said account and the woman at counter was very polite had, a great smile and welcomed me to the B of A family.
This B of A is one of the better ones in AZ!”
“I don't exactly enjoy banking with Wells Fargo. I've had a few very inconvenient mishaps over the years, as well as a savings account opened in my name (different branch, different state) that I didn't authorize in 2016. But this branch has always been super friendly and helpful. I'd imagine being a bank teller is not easy from a customer service perspective, and I know San Tan is a tough crowd. I applaud you, Hunt Hwy Wells Fargo.”

“This center has gotten a lot better over the passed year. I have it a one star before, so I came here to fix it to 5 stars. There used to be long lines. Recently I went in I was surprised. They asked me what I wanted when I first walked in and helped me fast.”
“I am truly grateful to the staff at this Chase location.
I had some paychecks from my employer deposit into an incorrect bank account belonging to someone I do not know. Neither my employer nor my payroll nor the Chase call center staff were able to help in any way whatsoever.
After about 2 months of back and forth I had all but given up on ever receiving my money. As a last ditch effort I decided to go in store and talk to real people.
I wish I could remember the names of everyone who helped, but the team here seems strong and very knowledgable. With their help and the personal support from the branch manager Christie I was finally able to get my money.
I'm very grateful for the kindness, expertise and empathy brought to the table by this store.”
