The payment machine is broken more often than not. The guys that work here are awesome but not having the time you guys open ON the door is actually ridiculous. I was able to get a flip phone and add a new line for my child in maybe 30 minutes. Ty not only made the entire transaction painless, but he also worked with me the following two days to ensure I was able to get the area code I wanted for the phone line. Great service.
