“My wife was really eager to see cactus in Arizona, and this was the perfect introduction to the natural foliage here!
Pity the Butterfly Park was closed for the season, but otherwise, it's a great way to spend a morning.
Come early in the summer, though: it gets hot real fast!”
“We got married at The Secret Garden By Wedgewood Weddings in June, and wow, what an amazing experience! From the first steps of planning with an extensive step by step binder, to multiple check up meetings, always available service, and constant communication. They made planning our dream wedding a breeze! As for the wedding itself, it was all perfect. Our coordinator Gianna and banquet captain Karen were absolute superstars, making sure everything went as planned to the minute, and quickly adjusting when things came up. If anything did go wrong that day, we had no idea about it. Every single vendor they recommended was 5/5 stars, all professionals who were extremely comfortable working as a team at this venue for a seamless experience! Our friends and families loved everything about it, especially the food and ambiance. We highly recommend the Secret Garden, or any venue by Wedgewood Weddings, to help make your wedding day perfect! Thank you!”
“This is a must see for everyone. What great facility. Hundreds of fire apparatuses in pristine conditions. Museum is funded with ticket sales, memberships, and mostly volunteers. My father in law was recognized today for his service of fire Captain in Tucson. We think he could be the oldest Arizona firefighter alive. My father in law is 96 years old and still living life to its fullest.Look for Manny Gallardo’s display at the museum.”

8028 N 27th Ave, Phoenix“Without a doubt the best party room and customer service in all of Phoenix, highly recommended, everything was very nice and in order thanks to Cesar and his staff.
Very much recommended, beautiful place. Service is on point and amazing. Best place to have your party/Event in Phx AZ.”
“We had our wedding at Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens 3 weeks ago. It was the best decision we made. We chose the Birds of Paradise package. Outdoor ceremony, greenhouse for reception, and the party returned to their outdoor garden. (cigars okay!) Beautiful foliage, unique backdrops to photos, elegant, intimate setting, and fun for us and our guest. Our guest loved our wedding venue even in the 100 degree heat of the desert in September. Plenty of shade from the fully matured foliage. Jennifer was very caring, great with input, detail orientated, professional. Our package vendors were all very attentive and we sincerely thank them for their professionalism. (Heidi's Event Catering, Valley Mix Entertainment Oscar, Raise Your Glass Bartending, Harley Bonham Photography, Jet Limousine) Relaxing atmosphere. We were from out of town, as were most of our guest, and Boojum Tree location was reasonable with travel time to and from lodging, airport, restaurants, and local attractions. 15 to 20 minutes tops.”

13802 N 32nd St Suites 1,2,3, Phoenix“This is a wonderful indoor play area for little kids. It allows for a lot of imaginary play! All the toys and costumes are in great condition and clean. Kids and adults need to wear socks, if you forget they provide non slip socks for you”
“Great neighborhood event space with nice outdoor area in the Encanto Palmcroft neighborhood. Great for weddings, parties and meetings. Home to several groups including the Phoenix Rose Society that also maintain the Phoenix Rose Garden next door and Sun Country Iris Society.”

1201 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix“A bit of a chillier day to go to the Gardens. The nice thing is it wasn't crowded and the weather was not intolerable. Our main reason for visiting was to view the Fernando Botero's (artist) artwork and then enjoy the surrounding plants and cacti. We walked over to the Dorrance Hall first where the art was being displayed. I felt so fortunate and honored to see his work in person. A tape of him, his artwork and family could also be seen in this Hall. He recently passed away making the work even more important. Many think his work was of "fat" people and animals. According to the tape he liked volume; i.e., bigger is better. Stunning Botero statues were displayed in the Garden and the Hall. His paintings could be enjoyed in the Hall as well. The Garden is undergoing renovations so it may not look the same as you remember. It is still a great place to visit and see cacti, herb garden, and plants. Be sure to stop by the store for a souvenir or just to browse. Large parking lot and WiFi.”
“Great idea for a hot summer , as they have air conditioners inside , all while you learn about the history of the house. You can buy tickets at their visitor center by the museum or reserve them online on the website . It was very easy to book and we also benefited from their summer special: $13.00 per ticket.
The tour took 45 minutes, the guide spoke a little faster which was a little hard for me to follow. The building is from 1895 and you can see how they preserved those elements, even the stair case is from the beginning and it was ordered from a catalog.
You have to stay on the red carpet while inside , you can take pictures without flash and try not to touch the items.
The museum is right by the Public Parking , and you can easily walk to it.”
“I attended the Monsters Ball and had an incredible time! The burlesque show was fantastic! This place is legend! The Art Show really impressed me, as did the people in full costumes! Highly recommend.”
“One of my favorite wedding venues in Phoenix. Beautiful modern industrial vibes and an amazing staff. Definitely feels like a hidden gem. A HUGE shout out to Lucas and Ana who helped me jump my car after the wedding and helped me get home safely. Lucas also quickly attended to a spill to ensure nobody had an accident.”
“monOrchid is historic, quaint and special. This structure serves as an icon on Roosevelt Row. It gives you an excellent example of repurposing a building with some creativity.”
“Great venue. Polite staff. Sound is good and great to see bands up close. I've sat front row, in the middle of the pack, and now on the mezzanine. The mezzanine had a clear view, assigned barstools, and wait staff to bring drinks. We had great service throughout.
The audio quality in the venue is really good. Fans were engaged. This is a great place to see a show.”
“Working on behalf of Clark Durant, Co-Founder and CEO of Cornerstone Schools in Detroit, Michigan, I coordinated an event with Kristal, the General Manager at the University Club. There were a good handful of last-minute changes and requests, but Kristal was beyond gracious in making sure that every detail was perfect.Clark was so impressed that he sent a personal email..."Good morning, Kristal,Thanks very much for last night. Every person on your team did a great job. The execution of the plan was perfect. The food, the champagne, the ambiance, the music, the room itself, and the intimacy of being the only group at the Club all created the right framework for our people to grow individually and as a community. Thank you again very much. Deb Sanders and I are most grateful."We highly recommend University Club of Phoenix. Kristal and her team will ensure your event is a memorable one!”

429 W Jackson St, Phoenix“I photographed an elopement styled session here on my first ever visit to Arizona and honestly, photos don't begin to do it justice! This entire space is so beautiful for a wedding - it's a perfect blank canvas to style however you'd like and the natural light is just outta' this world!
I'd absolutely love the chance to shoot here again!”
“Such a good vibe they have in Onyx Art Galley! It was a dope spot to check out Phoenix. I was there for the renaissance event and got to meet alot of great people and artist.”
“I love being a Member in Good Standing, Sons of The American Legion especially at the Historic Post 1! It's like being in a bar before all the restrictions. Members at Post 1 enjoy great food, great drink prices, live music, car shows, off track betting, slot machines and smoking in the bar. I don't smoke and Post 1 has an air cleaning system that works great!”

3375 E Shea Blvd, Phoenix“I visited the shop for the first time recently to find my wife a gift for our 15th anniversary (crystal). My wife likes likes some of the spiritual rock/gems/crystals, so I looked for a place to try and find something. The store was very nice when I walked in and I was greeted by 2 ladies. Both were helpful and asked if they could help. I let them know I was going to look around and they left me alone to look which I appreciate. When I had questions I asked and they were very polite and helpful. I appreciate when people are helpful and not pushy.”
“We love this place! Occupies my 13 month old for about 2 hours before she gets tired and needs to go home and nap! Super friendly staff and always clean! Loved it so much we bought a membership! Only issue I have with a smaller toddler is the employees not enforcing the age range on the different zones but most parents are pretty good about keeping their kids on the appropriate sides! Overall amazing place!!”
“The staff here was amazing. I was recording the 15 girl while the staff guy with a hair bun or whatever was passing cake and he asked me too. I asked him if he could leave it in my spot on the table and did. Such a gentleman. The food here was also very good. And the staff here had no problem and were very polite. They even have fans to get air.”
11:00 AM - 1:00 AM
4331 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix“Attended Polish Fest. Lots of friendly attendees and vendors. Genuine Polish delicious food (mostly meat) and products/services offered. Nice roomy venue with character and atmosphere. I learned how the Pols helped the Colonies during the revolution, of which they are very proud. Also, a local prize-winning Polish band plays here. Restrooms and parking available.”
“I shoot here at least once a month and I love the different gardens near the Rosson House. This park is never too busy with photographers so I always get the shots that I want. The Rosson Hpuse is a nice architectural addition to any of your photos just be mindful that this is a historic landmark so be mindful of the railings when visiting. Don’t sit or lean on them.”
“Very friendly and relaxing nail salon! This was our first time going here and everyone was so nice and treated us like they know us forever. It was fun to actually talk and l laugh with them all!! I live in Surprise and would definitely make the trip out here. My nail tech did an amazing job on my toes! She helped me pick the right color! They look so good! Where else can you go and get your nails or toes done while drinking mimosas… A class act place!!”

7252 S Central Ave, Phoenix“As a plus size woman, I had a vision of what kind of dress I wanted. When I contacted Candice I let her know what I was envisioning for my special day. The day I showed up to try on dresses, Candice expressed to me that she knew I had a certain look for what I wanted BUT she wanted me to try something else she had as well. She pulled a dress that I would have totally overlooked and asked me to try it on. I ended up absolutely loving the dress and the way it complimented my body. The level of professionalism Candice provided was beyond me, she definitely knows what she is doing when it comes to wedding dresses. I would 10 of 10 recommend House of RemiHouse for wedding dress shopping.”
“The Phoenix Greek Festival is the absolute best!! We have been several times and always love it. We go to Greece every year and this is the next best thing to being there. We highly recommend this festival”
“Attended the Bloom event a couple weeks ago. Amazing place with beautiful designs throughout! Paige made me so happy when she gifted me a bidazzled duck when I checked it. So unexpected!!”
