“Hunter was super friendly and assisted us with courtesy and detail. He showed us around the property and explained everything to us. The facilities are clean, cool, and seemingly very secure. They have cameras everywhere and people are all explained they are not to tailgate and while there I didn't see anyone doing that so that made me feel good. They only allow folks with businesses to access the property 24/7 which is also really cool because I feel like that's the only folks who should be there coming and going at all hours (and they tend to be very serious about also keeping the property safe due to their own investments). Great price so far and we will see how it goes.”
“Thor was very professional, friendly, and explained everything in regard to the truck etc. it was a clean truck, and I returned same way! I appreciated when you used a service and the staff goes above and beyond doing their job, because they care. I will recommend this location!

“This review is overdue. Victor and his team (Christian, Jen, and others) have been a crucial partner in our business and have always been kind and very helpful. We specialize in downsizing, estate liquidations, and senior relocations. This is our preferred location when renting trucks and grabbing additional moving/packing equipment. They have a great, brand new storage facility that we have used as well - always clean with ample parking/loading/unloading including a few indoor bays. Will continue to partner in the future.”

“There have been some hiccups in my reservation using a U-Box. Even though Ernie doesn’t specialize in U-Boxes, he bent over backwards to try and rectify the issues. He spent a lot of time on the phone both times I stopped in talking to people so that the reservation would suit my needs. I would use this location again because you can tell Ernie really cares!”
“We have used Penske several times and I can say they have decent customer service for the most part. I say that to say, we had a car carrier tire pop on us while towing a vehicle this weekend and we had one of the best customer service experiences with Jack Falter at this location. He greeted us with a smile on his face, ready to help us as soon as we pulled up to the rental office. We told him our situation and he had an immediate solution for us. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and we left very happy. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service Jack and making a stressful situation easier on us. ??”

“This location is amazing. I was in a pinch when the Budget rental company next door cancelled my moving truck 30 minutes before my movers were supposed to show up at my house. I was desperate at this point, so I stopped into U-haul and within 6 minutes I left with a perfect truck, for half the cost of Budget. I couldn’t recommend this Uhaul location more. Thank you!”

“I recently rented a truck from U-Haul for an off-road adventure, and while the overall service was commendable, I couldn't help but wish they offered lifted trucks. The standard truck struggled a bit on some corners during my off-road excursion, highlighting the need for vehicles better suited to rough terrains. U-Haul's customer service and rental process were smooth, but an option for more rugged vehicles would greatly enhance the off-road experience for adventurous renters like myself.”

The facility was conveniently located for us, clean, and efficiently run. My only comment might be the expense. It became quite costly. Thank you for allowing me to share my comments.”
